We decided to support a local business instead of going to a big box store. We completely regret doing so. They told us they were giving us a better deal than Home Depot on our washer and dryer because they were giving us a rebate that they only had. My husband specifically asked if it was the clean energy rebate, as we could have gotten that at Home Depot too. They said it was additional to the clean energy rebate. They also included free delivery and installation. My husband asked if they will have all the materials or if he needed to have anything. He was told "our people are much more qualified than Home Depot and are professionals- they will have everything on their truck." They were supposed to deliver them between 10-12. When they were not there in that range I called and I was told that it was actually 12-4 and they never told my husband it was 10-12. When I was not happy about this, I was told "its a better range than the cable company gives you." When the delivery people finally arrived, they had no idea they were supposed to install them, too. They called the store and were told yes- install them. It turns out they needed to go out and get supplies. It then took over two hours to install. When we first used our washer, it leaked, as they did not install it correctly. They never gave us the rebate information. When we called, they said we would have to come into the store to pick it up. They finally gave in to mailing them to us. What they mailed us was the brochure for the clean energy program and a rebate form for half the amount of what they said it was. When we filled it out, it turned out it was only for appliances purchased a month later than when we purchased it. Therefore, we never received any additional rebates and it was just as expensive as if we went to Home Depot, with the added headaches. We should have gone to a big box store instead of supporting a local business.

We received as a gift a brand new whirlpool gold range from Uneeda with the 5 year protection plan. 2 years in we had to have every sensor, the igniter and the entire control panel replaced since the repair techs could not clearly diagnose what was causing the oven to randomly turn off or spike to over 500 degrees. Even after all that it continued to do the same thing. Either burning or not cooking our food thus wasting our time and money. They deemed the unit unrepairable and offered us $195 for a range that cost $950 to buy. Plus they have the nerve to ask us to cut the power cord to receive the $195. We just want a properly working unit. I know for a fact that other retailers either fix the unit or replace it at the full price paid and would never ask for something as ridiculous as to cut the power cord. Avoid Uneeda at all costs. Any and every other option is a better one.

Absolutely the worst customer service/appliance experience for the past 35 years!!! Ordered a dishwasher & refrigerator. Multiple reorders due to damaged appliances. Most importantly, no customer service whatsoever. If I didnt call Uneeda, I never would have known about delivery date, replacement date, delivery times, etc. Multiple hours away from the office to simply get a D/W and refrigerator installed. They never called to advise of delivery, installation, re-delivery,,,NOTHING. I wanted to give the local retailer a chance, but now I understand why folks are going to Home Depot & Lowes. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND UNEEDA. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and repeated calls for service and delivery corrections. They showed no customer respect whatsoever and if business fails they will have no one to thank but themselves.

I have given them almost 20 grand in business and referred friends and family there... no more.. last year we remodeled our kitchen and we dropped about 15K in appliances. one of the appliances,. an Electrolux icon refrigerator came damaged (bent on the bottom) and it wont sit level. I talked to Stephen (the younger) and he indicated he would order a new unit and swap it out. that was going on 9 months ago. Ive called and emailed a dozen times asking for status updates and Im on the ignore list now apparently. I guess its time to go down there and demand satisfaction. I doubt I will get made whole again, so its time to drag em through the mud a bit online. AVOID. Their pricing is lower for a reason.

Not very professional. The salesman mistakenly sold me a dryer instead of a washer. I realized on the paperwork once I got home. I immediately came back out and it was straightedge out. The saleman apologized for the mistake then proceeded to tell me to come back to pick up washer the following day at 12 noon. I show up at 12 sharp with my van and Im told "that wont be here until 2. I politely asked why was I told to be here 2 hours before delivery. He says, not sure. Anyway I asked if the washer could be delivered directly to my house since its on the delivery truck already and I live in the next town over. Ill tell them. Thats it. He acted like he didnt give a hoot. Oh well.

Warning... the reviews are correct. Customer service sucks! I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. I bought a dishwasher installed 2 week ago (4/16/16) and used it twice. When it runs, it smells like someone crapped in it. I called Uneeda and explained the problem and they told me I had to call a kitchen aid representive. Are you kidding me! I want a NEW washer! I have had plenty of dishwashers and none of them smelt like crap. This is BS! DO NOT BUY FRON UNEEDA! BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ!!! They dont deserve any stars.

Got a great price on top of the line KitchenAid Architect II dishwasher - $450 off MSRP since it was the last one in stock and was being discontinued for 2017. Dishwasher was delivered on time with all the correct accessories for me to install it myself. Its only been a month, but no problems to report so far. Uneeda was great. I will definitely use them again for my next appliance purchase!

I shopped online at a large orange big box store amd picked out my Frigidaire appliances. I went to Uneeda and got upgraded on a few to the gallery line for the same price due to rebates. I had to complete those online but well worth the five minutes it took to save money. Easiest appliance shopping experience ever.

I walked into Uneeda today with my daughter and told Steven that I needed a refrigerator. In minutes, they showed me a great unit which I purchased and to my amazement, it was installed in my house four hours later. Thanks to Steven and Hank (the wonderful delivery human being that brought it)!!

Worst experience of my life. Will never buy again. Purchased an appliance. Waited all day and at 5pm I called to check on scheduled installation and no one even bothered to call to tell me they werent going to install it as promised. Terrible experience. Avoid Uneeda.
