I cant describe enough how terrible this place is,if i could give a zero star i would.i brought my samsung dishwasher in for repair. I believe it was the owner who i spoke with he told me that samsung dishwashers are throw aways and that it was junk with out even looking at the dishwasher ! but if i left him a $50 he would inspect the dishwasher and call me the following day to see if it was worth repair .2 weeks went by and no phone call,so i went in and and they told me that they lost my phone number but they odered special clamps that are on back order and to leave my number again and they would call when done.another 2 weeks went by still no phone call so i went in for the second time knowing they were going to give me some b.s. Story so i set my cell phone on video and recorded the entire interaction (priceless!).as soon as i walked in they were very rude and annoyed that i was back ,i was very polite to them and explained i just wanted to know what was going on with the dish washer? I believe it was the owners wife who asked me if i had running water?i said to her of course i do ,then she said well do the dishes by hand and the owner kicked me out of the store told me he would call me by the end of the day. About an hour latter i get a phone call saying that they cant fix my dishwasher and to come pick it up. I wish i could upload the video on this site to show people how rude and unprofessional these people really are. I will be uploading video to all social media thou, horrible experience.

Disaster. Referred here for a washing machine repair by the warranty company. They told me the day before they were scheduled to come that there was no record of the service request and the problem was with the warranty company who insisted they had put request in. When I spoke with a woman there on the morning of the scheduled visit she asked if I spoke with a "huuuuman" the day before. In fact, twice in the conversation she asked if I spoke with a "huuuuman". I assured her that I had spoken with a human the day before (although I was not as sure that I was at that moment). She still did not see any record and told me to call the warranty co. Before I hung up she was told by someone that the order was refused because they do not service my zip code, so I should be annoyed at the warranty co because they should never have referred me to them. Called warranty co and they confirmed that my zip code is still listed as one they would service and it was up to Trico to update that information. Bottom line - 1. They should have known on Tuesday that the service order was refused. 2. They should have updated their info so I was not referred to them to at all. 3. They desperately need customer service training for all human and non-human employees.

I cannot believe the reviews I just read. I am a local and I called Trico at 9am and they had someone at my door at 11 to look at my fridge. Tech was honest with me as to what was wrong and how to handle the situation. Kimberly who answered my call was courteous and once again honest about them being swamped, but somehow still got someone to my house. I would definitely recommend them! Thank You!

Im an hvac service technician, I went to Trico to get a part for one of my customers. The owner seemed ready to help me until I mentioned that the part I needed was for a Jewish resort. He said he cant help me, hes been sued by "those people" before.
