HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Do not do any business with this company. The receptionist Janette is very rude, disrespectful, combative, condescending, lacks respect, compassion, and the epitome of unprofessionalism. I have a home warranty contract that uses this company for repairs. Early August 2017 All Appliance Repair was sent to my home to diagnoise a problem that my freezer was not freezing and the ice maker was not making ice. The technician just took a look and said its the fan and had to order the part. Would take 10-14 business days. I had to buy a upright freezer in the interim. He came back and installed the new part and told me the ice maker should work in 24-48 hrs. If not call back. It never started working so I called back and they sent a different technician. He assessed that the fan they installed was faulty. Had to order a new fan. Came back and installed the new fan. Told the ice maker will work in 24-48 hours. Still not working. I called back and the receptionist Janette stated she could not send the repair technician back because she closed the claim and that if I wanted the technician to come back I would have to open and new claim and pay another $100 deductible. I called my home repair company and they issued a recall and stated I would not have to pay another $100 deductible. I only would have to pay if there was a new/different issue. So far I have taken 5 days off from work for this repair. They only give you the time window the morning of. I have no way of even taking 1/2 day from work. The technician came today 0n 09/18/2017 and wanted a $100 ded. I told him I should not have to pay as per the home warranty company because this is a recall not a new claim. He called the office and Janette stated it was a new service and I had to pay. I asked to speak to her and thats when I had the most unacceptable treatment from a company that was providing me a service. She was screaming at me, screaming over me when I was speaking, I was trying to explain to her what I was advised by the home warranty company but she was not trying to understand/hear what I was saying. She wanted to be right and thats that. I asked her to put herself in my shoes and if she would want to pay for something that was not fixed in the first place. She refused, told me shes pulling the tech out of my house and to figure out how Im getting my appliance fixed because hes out of there! Then she hung up on me. I reported the incident to my home repair company and they are going to try and have All Appliance Repair removed from their provider list. I am getting a new company to complete the repair and do it right the first time with out having to pay another $100 deductible. This company does not have any qualified employees. From the receptionist to the technicians. They refused to provide me with the owners information. Janette claimed she will be the owner. If thats the case I advise anyone to never hire this company for any work.

Used to be reliable and provide excellent service. Called to have ice maker on Samsung refrigerator repaired. After several service calls and replacement parts, including main mother board etc. the unit still wouldnt make ice. I was charged for parts that were not needed. There were at least 2, perhaps 3 different technicians that came out. None of them appeared as though they knew what they were doing. Finally called Samsung not only did they resolve the issue but the service repair tech wanted to know who botched up the job. Wires were left dangling..one of the water hose was not connected. Would it be reasonable to assume, I should be reimbursed for the parts that were not needed? Not according to All Appliance. I had to pay for their mistakes. Do you think I learned a lesson? NO! I called them again to repair a Maytag washer that was leaking water. Guy comes out and says "this washer is 15 years old, they dont make parts for it." Really? Charged me $80.20. I called Maytag directly...they came out with the parts gave me a 20% discount. Dont call All Appliance for repairs. Its hit or miss with those guys. Go directly to an Authorized dealer! There is a difference between a repair that services your brand and one that is Authorized! Oh, dont waste your time and call the manager. I normally do not write reviews but just wanted to let everyone know I was ripped off and dont want any of you to fall into the same trap!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPATY. They ordered parts for my refrigerator. Parts arrived to my address. Technician showed up in 10 days after parts came. We could not reach them, we left message. they never called me back. today technician came, he replaced part in refrigerator. He was not professional, losing screws during installation, good thing I was next of him, and asked him please install everything how it is suppose to be do not missed screws and parts, his hands was shaking. it was look like he trying to just finish his job without follow right installation process. after installation he start given me hard time with $45.00 deductible which already paid to previous technician. I try to explain to him and call to his manager, She was very rude to me, threatening me if I am not pay deductible again they will uninstall parts. he start screaming on me and start doing some crazy thing dropping some stuff. I called to 911, technician start cutting cables in refrigerator. he escaped before police came. I was asking him just wait I was phone with warranty company on hold, because this repair was covered by warranty company. I call to the company wanted to talk to owner or manager they hanging phone on me. They should not sent this kind of technician to the customers, he has mental problem.

I have never felt that All Appliance Repair overcharged me, but they have not been very successful at fixing my appliances. When my 5-year-old dishwasher was cleaning poorly, they told me that it probably needed a new motor and that it would cost almost as much as a new dishwasher. Were they right? I dont know. More recently, they spent 4 hours at my house over two visits trying to fix my oven, after which they still didnt know what was wrong with it (some electrical problem). In both cases they only charged me for the original service call, and I ended up ordering a new appliance.

Not sure what is up with all the negative reviews. Ive been using All Appliance Repair since 2005 and have never had any issues with their office staff, repair personnel, rates, and responsiveness. After repair tech Larry recently replaced a coupling on my washing machine, he offered me free advice on a refrigerator ice maker that had stopped working. I mean, who does that? Only small, family-owned businesses like this one. Ive grown to trust this company over the years and plan to continue using them for all of my appliance repairs until I move away from the Pennington area.

These poor reviews are absolutely correct. This is a case study in how a company provides the worst service and survives complete customer dissatisfaction. My solution; I contacted the manufacturer to get service providers for my appliance...3 where given one in North Jersey, another in Reading PA and of course this horrible company. The first 2 where clearing houses who sub-contract for repair providers. And the one from Reading PA had a contractor serving Pennington! Demand more from the manufacturer you deserve deliverance from All Appliance!
