We bought a dish washer from this Home Depot, and they had gone over everything wed need to do to prep the area for the new unit. Per the prep sheet, we even installed an outlet because the previous unit was hard wired. When they came to install, they just dropped off the unit and credited the install telling us our water hookup needed to be replaced. Throughout the entire process, no one ever told us that this additional work needed to be done. We would have had all the copper piping updated for the new hoses had we known. Terrible communication, and even less helpful service.

Fantastic experience I just had in the gardening dept. Justin and Donnell went way above board for me when trying to find a genuine aged 1/2 whiskey barrel. There were none in current stock but Justin remembered they had one left over from last years stock which had been set aside and taken out of inventory. It had soil in it and was bent but they took care of both and handed over the barrel. I was amazed that they went to so much trouble. Of course it made me want to purchase more there and I did. Thank you Justin and Donnell for making it a brilliant customer experience!

Its a pretty good store and its relatively well stocked. That said, I wish they had even more selection in the tools section. Sometimes Normally the staff is great as in they dont come bother me every 5 minutes asking if I need help. When I do need help they are pretty good at helping find what I need. My only real complaint is they sometimes send people out to try and get you to come over to the kitchen section so they can convince you to remodel. It isnt bad but I dont like getting a sales pitch when all I want to do is get in and get what I want.

Experience has been ok with the store so far. Product selection is limited and not guaranteed to work. Good thing, they accept returns, exchanges without much hassle. They do need to have contract with better delivery company. I ordered appliances and kitchen cabinets. Both delivery company rescheduled delivery 2-3 times. They called day before but never showed up. Spent rest of the day trying to find out whats happening. Delivery guys werent professional and hastily put the appliances and ran.

I just totally gutted a bathroom in my house down to the studs and subfloor. Every time I went to Home Depot by Wegmans the sales people were helpful and i got the correct information on products from tile and backerboard to ceiling and wall insulation for exterior walls. I saved over $5000 in labor costs from estimates by doing most of it myself, except for the plumbing and electric. Next bathroom I will go back there.

Its really hard to find a staff member, and sometimes even the customer service desk is empty. Also, as per usual the shelves are filled with the cheapest stuff you can get. I had some work done by this store, and they kept calling asking for payment even though I showed them the receipt on multiple occasions. I suggest you use this place AFTER you do your research, because you probably wont find any help here.

I find the personnel at the store to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I shop at the Bridgewater H.D. on a regular basis and have always had a good experience. From home projects, to school technology projects (and even a recent robotics project) the management and staff at the Bridgewater H.D. have always been top notch. Better than any other home improvement place I have shopped. A++

Guys in the aisle dont show up for almost 30 minutes, then dont pay attention, while I explain what I need very specifically, and try to rush you in and out, selling you the wrong thing, so they can get back to standing around and gossiping. I had to make two trips, just for nuts and bolts, and still have to force them to work and settle for mismatching equipment, because Im tired of making the trip.

Joe A, Joe V, Joe (paint) and the other Joe are all extremely helpful. Chocolate on in store pickup...nice touch. I appreciate the time spent making sure I have what I need, do it right, and save costs. The classes actually happen too and are often hands on. Getting the right assistance saves time from buying more than what I need just to return what I didnt use.

I hate giving poor reviews but this Home Depot should only get used if either you know what you need (you dont have to interact with the staff) or as a last resort. Ive heard rude comments from employees towards customers or they arent as helpful as Im accustomed to from other Home Depots. Id rather drive a little extra to get better service.

The main reason I shop at home depot is because they are dog friendly. Every other location accepts him without a problem and the fact that dogs are welcome is posted on the website. This location was extremely rude when I tried to bring max along. I will be visiting another location in the future.

This is the second time Ive gotten a lecture from the staff instead of help. Please train your employees to listen to the question and then offer advice on how to accomplish. Left without making a purchase. Need to learn my lesson and buy everything from amazon.

No one in here has a clue what their talking about. If you can find someone in there to ask. Your much better off going over to post hardware on rt.22 in bridgewater if you need advice or expect to find plumbing and electrical items in stock.

This hd is terrible. The cust service is awful. Went to order a window and the guy was acting like i was wasting his time and that he was doing me a favor. Needed one asap. Went to lowes after. And ordered 4 from them.
