worst customer service ever..especially at this home depot location....i have always been a diehard fan of T.H.D but in march i paid 5k for a door took them a month and a half to get someone to come and install it. which btw didnt happen the day it was scheduled for..then they ripped the drip pan and installed the door and they said oh its sealed no worries...3 contractors have told me you need a pan in good shape...then 2 inspectors that came 2 separate times told me that the scratch/scuff the installer put on the door that i should sand and paint it myself...btw i paid extra for the door to be painted outside and inside but their answer well you can do that...today get a call from the guy thats coming to fix the door he tells me wednesday 7am to8am and i explain that i cant my wife and i have already spent so much time on this door including requesting days off that we can only do saturday or sunday...his answer well good luck with someone coming out on the weekends..woowwwwwee i thought home depots motto is lets get things done...work smarter not harder...such a bunch of nonsense advertising becausr they are horrible.....even their corp office ive now spoken to 4 people noe in which the 3rd lady is no longer with the company so it wasnt until i called that i now have a 4th person handling my issue.....thank you #thd #thehomedepot for your unprofessionalism and not taking ownership of your mistakes

Would love to give a negative star if I could. Not one employee asked if we needed help. Tried to get help and the young man thought it was more important to talk on his phone and walk away. Multiple groups of employees were in conversations with each other and did not want to help. We had just come from Lowes across the street to do comparison shopping on flooring. We were also looking at doors and interior paint colors. We have multiple home projects we are going to do and I can guarantee you that Lowes will be getting our business. Lowes has very helpful employees and they are very knowledgeable.

Ive been here 3 times. Its incredibly difficult to find assistance, despite the massive amount of employees at this location. When you are able to find an employee, you are often referred to other employees who specialize in any given area. This normally isnt a problem, except the referral is to point to another section with promises that this other section will have staff able to assist. This is rarely the case. If necessary, go to hobby lobby or lowes. Stay away unless you are a contractor who knows where everything is.

Installation team installed my washer and dryer incorrectly which caused water in my basement and flooded my new appliances. They were supposed to send out someone to look at them for warranty coverage, but instead scheduled another installation team which didnt even have the proper tools to install a washer. They left and said they would come back and never did. A third team is now scheduled to come out in two days. Do yourself a favor and do not use Home Depot installation.

Purchased Lawn mower in May and within a month of use one of the wheels came off while mowing. Attempted to put wheel back on without success. Called the store they said bring it back in for an exchange. The staff were very nice and helpful. I was not sure I wanted the same type of mower and the manager suggested a different model and brand and I went with that suggestion. Thank you Home Depot staff!

Beware, twice now Ive been overcharged on orders by inexperienced cashiers who said they could not fix the issue, sent me to customer service and then customer service said they could not help. I know this is not true and it is obvious customer service simply does not care about customers experiences at this location. This is very unfortunate as the sales persons on the sales floor were fantastic

This place is OK but generally the staff is not very knowledgeable and has a hard time helping you with your project. I would like to once go into a store like this and know less than the people that are helping me. It also seems like the store is understaffed. It is hard to find someone in an orange vest when you do have a question.

I visit this store several times a week. I find the staff helpful and friendly. Sometimes my wife stops to get something for us alone and has never had adifficult experience. Witnessed a customer receive his lost wallet. Customer Service had it securely put aside.

Rick in the appliance department was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryers I was interested in. He was very personable and seemed as if he enjoyed his job and helping customers-unlike other at other retailers I have been to.
