This is the best place to buy appliances, bar none. We are so lucky to have a great company like this in town. The selection is excellent as are the prices. The thing that impresses me the most is their people. The front end sales (thank you Frank!) and the back end delivery men are outstanding. As far as the delivery, it is a well thought out operation. They take the time doing it carefully. About 10 years ago I bought from a company that is no longer in business but that had been around for 30+ years and the delivery people scratched the wood floors as well as our entry door. So, first hand I can tell you we have had a completely different experience with Colonial. I trust these guys any time in my home and would feel comfortable not overseeing anything. We have bought 6 appliances from them and every experience has been a positive one, every one! On the last purchase the sales person even called to tell me he had mis-quoted one appliance and they were refunding me another $75. I had already paid and was happy with the first price. Integrity and employees who care from start to finish, what more can you ask? Id pay a premium for that any day.

Great experience. And the reason to go to good family owned businesses instead of the mega-stores. I bought a new built in kitchen-aid refrigerator, and we ended up having to make some adjustments on our end and the customer support I received from owner Carl and his staff was excellent. The installer Frank really knows what he is doing and was able to snake a water line into the freezer unit from the basement, even though it was NOT easy. His charge was fair, and hes a really nice guy. Would go back without hesitation.

I recently purchased an LG dryer from Colonial. Turned out that the dryer was a lemon and did not work properly. When I brought this to Carls attention (the manager), he immediately stood behind the sale and without any wrangling on my part, Colonial took the product back and I purchased a different model. Very impressive !!!

Very pleased with the service at Colonial Appliance. I purchased a GE washer which broke after 4 weeks. GE refused to provide a new machine. Karl at Colonial stood behind his products and replaced the washer immediately. Now that is customer service.

Frank promised me a rebate with my purchase. I applied for the rebate, I was declined and asked Frank for help. Frank never replied. Dont trust Frank and by association Colonial Appliance .
