DO NOT BUY FROM APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE CENTER!!! READ THE REVIEWS! I purchased my fridge and freezer online in June and the items arrived one month later (after they said it would be two weeks) and damaged. Once I informed Appliance Warehouse they responded quickly that a new door would be sent out the following week. I was relieved that they were trying to improve my experience after misquoting the ETA. After no replacement door and no communication for a month, I followed-up with Appliance Warehouse and received this response verbatim, "Check with Frigidaire". What was I supposed to check on? They were the ones who said they would have the door sent the following week! I had no reference number, nothing to go on. From that point on they refused to respond to my inquiries or to have any further communication with me. It seemed to me that they got their money and they couldnt care less about anything after that. Finally, I opened a dispute with PayPal who agreed with me entirely, but their only resolution was to have the store fully refund my money and I would have to ship the items back. All I wanted was for the this company to fulfill the promise they made. I gave up on PayPal and called Frigidaire directly and FINALLY, after 4 months, I got the damage repaired. While I saved some money on the purchase, it was NOT worth the hassle. This company is unscrupulous and a joke. There is a reason why this company is so poorly rated, and that doesnt include the many people who didnt want to bother to write their horrible experience. You may save a little money buying from here, but dont bother. Businesses like this need to go! Do yourself a favor, spend a little more money and purchase from a reputable store that understands the basics of business.

This place is a joke. 1 star is too much for this "Mickey mouse" operation! I ordered a cooktop from them 3 weeks ago and was promised it would be here in 1 week. I still havent received it. Ive had to call every single day, multiple times per day to get answers. Im in the process of remodeling my kitchen, the countertop people need the cooktop in order to make the template for the granite; he is coming out next week and I have no cooktop. Wonderful Cory is a joke too. He is also a liar! Him and Mike are both liars. They said the cooktop was shipped but FedEx couldnt find our house (we live on a main road and have never had a problem with FedEx). Cory then said FedEx returned the cooktop to them so he would pay the difference himself and have it overnighted to us. This was 5 days ago! Today, Cory said he did send it FedEx overnight but it was damaged in transit so it was returned. This is all a lie because I have the tracking number and looked it up. It was returned to them last week. He didnt bother to overnight anything. Every time you call, Cory is "at lunch," or "off today," or "was supposed to be here but he never showed up today," or "Cory works at our other location." Whats comical is this is the same Cory Stein who wrote the only good review that the company has. He is the owners son and runs the company. Looks like to me, hes running it in the ground. Im contacting the BBB to file a complaint as well.

Save yourself the aggravation and skip doing business with Appliance Warehouse Center. I think they must primarily service contractors with big orders, not individuals because they really dont have a clue about customer service. Normally, I would just let this go but they emailed me on 02/23 and asked me to write a review. (be careful what you wish for!) Bottom line: I got my dishwasher (eventually), it was the correct one and it was a decent price. BUT, it took three + weeks, it was promised in less than one week, I had to call and email multiple times, I as given incorrect information multiple times or just got no response whatsoever. Their order tracking system did not work and emailing/phoning was essentially useless. So if you can wait weeks for a generic appliance and can put up with zero customer service, fine. if not, look elsewhere!

Fridge and freezer were a week late with no calls from anybody. Additionally, the trim kit to make them appear built in was not on the truck. Driver told me it is usually shipped separate via UPS, which was so noted on shipping tag. I waited a week and still no trim kit. I started leaving voice messages for Cory the internet sales guy and never got a response. I Emailed with no response. Finally, I called the main number and asked to be transferred to Cory. This time he picked up. Cory claimed no knowledge of my issue. He said the trim kit should have been on the truck. I told him it wasnt and to check the note on the tag. He promised to call me back in 24 hours. Its now been five days and no response. I suggest you buy elsewhere as there are prices just as good with better customer service.

FEDEX truly mishandled my new Dishwasher via its shipping from Appliance Warehouse Center. I called AWCs Customer Service and sent them pictures of the damaged shipping carton. They immediately sent me an RA Label & advised FEDEX to pick up the damaged item ASAP! AWC immediately issued me a credit in the full amount that I paid. I reordered another Dishwasher that AWC promptly shipped as soon as another one came to them from the manufacturer. This time FEDEX did deliver it in good condition and the Dishwasher is now installed into my daughters new home. Havent used it yet, but we will post an update when this next phase is completed.

I ordered a Haier refrigerator from this dealer six weeks back, got it a week later but the item was dysfunctional so I asked to get it replaced. Ive called them a thousand times and emailed them and finally got a new one two weeks ago. Now another problem arose in that they wont take the old unit. They asked for my credit card number just in case they couldnt receive it, but there was no sign of them taking away the old unit. Im emailing+calling them "again" to have them take it away which is taking up space in my apartment until now. Haier is dissatisfying, and getting it through this retailer is even worse.

I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher cheaper than anywhere else. It arrived via FedEx within a couple days, I could not be happier! I would definitely buy from Appliance Warehouse Center again.
