What a terrible experience with Home Depot and the contractors they use! This has been months and months of issues! I had them put outdoor carpet on my porch and what a sloppy/lazy job they do. These people could care less about the costumer and how their homes look. Not getting any help from Home Depot and being lied to by the terrible contractors is enough to never do business with both companies again. Please I advise everyone go to Lowes or anywhere but here! The experience and the stress alone is not worth it.

Was not going well with floor staff (1-star) on a return item about to walk out and never shop at Home Depot, but I went to the store manager (5-star) and was very satisfied by her help "Excellent", if the floor staff are not up to the excellence you expect, talk to the manager. Would recommend that the floor staff not give up on the customer and basically tell a customer to bad cant help you, managers have your floor staff get you, one very upset customer is worth a lot of lost future revenue.

Knowledge workers, usually they are very helpful
