This review is in the context of multiple service calls that weve had from Topline on appliances we own that are 6-7 years old. Hands down, TopLine has the best service personnel I have encountered, led by Rich, who is extremely knowledgeable and capable. Several months ago we had a issues with our range (burners not consistently working, problems with the oven heating) and with the electrical system in a separate wall oven. Rich and his co-worker capably fixed both problems and months later I can say with confidence that they have been fixed for good. More recently, we had issues where we had leaking water from the ice maker in our SubZero fridge, and a standalone Subzero ice maker that was hardly making ice. Due to limited flexibility with scheduling on my end, I had a different company come out for the repair (L&J Appliance) and after spending 2-3 hours here, they somewhat uncertainly said that theyd done what they could and hoped our issues were fixed. Unfortunately that was not the case and at that point I decided that I needed to get TopLine out to our house. We were lucky to get Rich out here again, because in a short amount of time he was very definitively able to diagnose multiple problems with both systems. Most importantly, he found the source of the leak in our freezer (which was causing ice to collect at the bottom of the freezer) and installed an impromptu shut-off valve under the fridge for the ice maker system until the parts came in to upgrade our system. And with his repairs to our standalone icemaker, by the following day it was full of ice again. While he was out here Rich took a look to check that our dishwashers were doing fine and showed me some tips for handling hard water buildup, and he also helped me find a solution for a seam in the drum of our dryer that was occasionally snagging clothing. Richs breadth of expertise, willingness to explain what is happening, and competence at addressing a wide array of issues makes him a real asset to TopLine, and as a result I highly recommend TopLine for appliance servicing.

After much research and time, Top Line was recommended by a friend. We stopped in and spoke with Marc M. He was a great to work with. His knowledge on the products was endless. From washer/dryer, Range, Dishwasher to Refrigerators. Sizing for space, features relative to use, etc... All I can say is I wish I would have stopped in before having wasted time researching appliances because Marc M. was one who actually knew what he was talking about and would have saved me a bunch of time and removed the confusion. Thus far my experience with him has been great. Very responsive when it comes to emails and questions. Pricing is as competitive as any of the other giant appliance centers and they provide service directly. That is one very important piece to the entire puzzle. It is not a third party service contract who then acts as a gateway to manufacturing, which ends up costing the customer much more time in the end. They have a geographical area service coverage based on a zone model which if you fall into are then covered directly by Top Line technicians. So far our experience with Top Line has been great!

Did a lot of shopping and we found Top Line Appliance Center to not only be competitive with the impersonal big box stores, but considerably more informed about all the product lines. They worked well with our kitchen designer to insure proper layout...but most importantly, once our appliances were installed, on the eve or a holiday, we experienced a problem with our new stove. Although it was close to closing time, they quickly dispatched a Technician who stayed until he was able to insure I would be able to use my stove until the part was sent. It was apparent that he was well trained, and able to think out of the box to make sure my holiday dinner could be prepared. This would not have been the case if I had to deal with a big box store. We received calls from the manager of the Top Line repair department, our sales representative, and even the dispatcher to insure that we were happy and well taken care of. The moral of this story is..If you want to be treated like a boutique shopper for the best price available....BUY LOCAL, BUY FAMILY OWNED...MOST IMPORTANTLY...BUY TOP LINE APPLLIACE CENTER!

We bought a complete set of high-end appliances from Top Line and unfortunately, our experience was awful. The salesperson was not responsive, was slow to return phone calls, weak on details (pricing for optional installation, warranties, etc.), and follow-up and details and problems was non-existent. Asked several times for a final accounting of charges and even a small detail like this was nearly impossible. Installation required a second visit, and the refrigerator was delivered with a dented vegetable/meat drawer and broken ice maker. Because of the poor accounting, we were charged for panel installation on fridge and D/W when our cabinet guy did this part of the job, and didnt know it until a month after delivery when we finally demanded a full accounting. All-up, I feel that this is a very sloppy operation, and had I to do it over again, I would go to another appliance supplier, even if it cost a little more. Very unsatisfactory experience, can not recommend. TT

This is an update to my comment review below. Immediately after posting i heard from Top Lines customer service John R and true to form he went to work to correct and deliver a solution to my issues and an amazing customer experience. This is what i have come to expect from TL . I guess everyone has a bad day at some point. Top Line did, but they corrected were responsive and reminded me as to why I have loved dealing with them over the years and look forward to purchasing from them again for many years to come. Thanks guys. dealt with top line for over five years and generally had great service but the last year once my ice-maker warranty was close to expiration quality of responses dropped dramatically. they have failed to complete a service request and now uses excuse that the warranty period has expired. also its been two year of promises that they will honor a request to change the door of my perlick beverage center.

I needed to add an additional review regarding their post purchase support. I purchased a new product that was just put in to production expecting some issues going forward. Rich and his assistant Marco are truly amazing to work with! They have been out each time and have been able to determine the issue, repair or replace it and also teach me more about the maintenance and functionality of my duel fuel stove and oven. In one instance a contract repair individual was sent out and he looked at it and said there was nothing he could do and left. Rich came and talked me through some of the features I had not been using and one of the issues became a non-issue. He has also been patient in sharing his expertise in the products that will keep the unit looking like new!! It is this kind of service post purchase that will have us recommend and return to Topline.

My wife and I have always gone to the big box stores, but decided to give Top Line a try since a friend recommended them. We had a great experience from the beginning. Marc Moretti our rep was very knowledgeable about the products and took a great deal of time to walk us through all of our options. He was always available when I called and made sure the prices were the same as other stores and when I found a cheaper price he matched it. We purchased several appliance through them and when I needed them to be delivered within a few days he made sure they got to us in time. They also gave us a window of time they would be there and they arrived on time. They really made my wife and I feel like they cared about our business. We will be recommending Marc and Topline to anyone we know looking to purchase appliances.
