Good equipment, Disappointing service. Dryer is overheating. Called to have it looked at (the vents were just cleaned). The repair guy showed up, didnt even look at a single thing in the dryer and told us our vents were clogged, claimed "they dont touch vents", and left (the vents werent clogged). Turns out the team that installed the dryer never attached the hose/pipe inside the dryer. So the vent isnt hooked up at all. Its a straight pipe , needs to be an elbow. We cant get into the dryer to attach ourselves, its on warranty, and we paid for proper installation. So we "scheduled" another appointment - guy never showed up. We called them up and they didnt have us scheduled at all. Yet to be resolved. Half-effort installation , poor customer service. Their phone voicemail is full, and no email address on their website. Photo attached of their vent "attachment". -Update: After 2 visits and 3 calls over 2 weeks, we convinced a technician to actually open up the dryer and take a look. He was shocked to find the shoddy installation. The vent was weakly taped on (not clamped) to the dyer, and blew off . He fixed it, and now the dryer is working well.

If youre not paying attention you could drive past this store on Route 9 and never know it existed, which would be a shame because the showroom is huge with many floor models to see, pricing is comparable to the big stores, and service is excellent. My first purchase was a barbecue grill years ago, then laundry a few years ago, and kitchen appliances this year. Got unlucky with a defective part on one appliance and Anchor took care of it immediately. Had I purchased the appliance from a big store who knows what would have happened. My only suggestion for Anchor is this: Put up a bigger sign and give the front entry exterior a makeover. My suggestion for anyone buying appliances: Dont waste time shopping around - go straight to Anchor.

Bought all new kitchen appliances a few years ago. It was great to work with a sales team who is so knowledgeable. They are busy but well worth it if you are placing a big order. Didnt try to sell me more than I needed and prices were comparable with big box stores but the most important part is that they are there to address any concerns you have after purchase. I had a problem with the refrigerator making loud noises and they came back twice to finally find out what the issue was and get it resolved. I highly recommend Anchor.

Anchor Appliance fixed my broken washer at home. They were fast and professional and left the area clean. I also went into their store looking to replace a dishwasher hose that broke. They gave me two option, buy a new one or find a used from their inventory. A new one would have cost 90.00 but they found a used hose which only cost ten. Honest and dependable... Highly recommended.

I was repairing a clothes washer and thought I had a bad water pump. I took the pump into the store and the guys there checked it out, assured me that the pump was fine and suggested other potential issues/solutions. I really appreciated them not attempting to make a sale when it wasnt necessary and Ill go back to them for future repairs or purchases.

I had to have my microwave repaired. It was still under warrantee. The part ordered took time. Because of this, they gave & delivered to us a working micro wave until the part came in! Home Depot wouldnt give that kind of service. Been dealing with Anchor for years. Superior organization.
