Contacted them before by phone about a replacement part for my dishwasher, the person who picked up my call was very rude, did not have the part in-house and with utmost impatience started asking for my information to order the part, "How are you going to pay for this?", and when I did not give him the information he promptly hangup on me. Couple of years from my first experience, I made the mistake of calling them to see about another universal appliance part before I take the trip to the store, I told the gentleman who picked up my call what it is but to my luck I could not recall the model number, he started educating me how important this is and how "you have to give me information to give you information", I recalled the voice then. I pulled the model number and called him back, he searched for the item number and told me "keep this number so that we do not look it up again" and read out some digits! And same as my previous experience, with the same rudeness and impatience, he started asking my information to order the part and have it ready for pick-up in a day or two, I told him "thank you but ..." and he hangup the phone (again). Apparently the person answering the phone has the wrong attitude. I did purchased couple of items from the store directly and did not experience the terrible treatment. They need to learn how to win a customer.

please read they are crooks, they use a few businesses names on Google maps but this is the hub. I paid a repair man under the name of reliance to repair my oven, three weeks went by and they never showed or called me back on why the three day repair was in the third week range. after speaking to my tenant I find when they did the "estimate" they never even tried to turn the oven on no less open the oven up and see what was wrong. they came to read the model number off of my oven and were gone. I traced that company back to this one because this is who charged my card I talked to the moron on the phone who informed me it was his brother in-law and he wouldnt refund my money for the work they never did. bad business. I dont have time to do write ups but in this case I wanted other people to know to stay away from this place. not only will they scam you they will threaten you on the phone. I gave them a chance to refund my money and I wouldnt do a write up but he said "nobody cares, everyone knows the costumer is a wrong we are a business they will trust us over you" well I guess we will see about that wont we.

If you need specific parts for your home appliance, there are only a few places every 15 miles that can help you. Its almost as though they know it. Sal, is very helpful in person but means business. So expect to know what you need and not create a fuss. Im assuming they do not accept returns because its a niche store and doesnt have the leverage with distributors even though their prices are 40-50% higher compared to online for smaller items (eg dishwasher inlet valve and inlet hose). Now the last behind the counter seemed a little rude and curt which cost them a star. In all honesty, they do seem to have everything youd need under the sun for your appliances. They also looked up availability of stock for my part and have me a reference number to hold it for me.

Balanced Climate

These guys were great. I searched high and low (by phone) for a pulley for my washing machine motor. Everyone else told me I needed to buy the entire motor in order to get the $9 pulley. Not only did they have the pulley separately, but they allowed me to pay for it over the phone and left it outside for me, due to the fact that I wouldnt be able to get there before they closed for the day. Thanks guys.

Based on previous comments, Ive called after doing my homework with my appliance model and part numbers for the parts I needed. Called on the phone, guy was very informative and quoted very competitive prices. Unfortunately, the one part I needed wasnt in stock and I had to over-pay somewhere else since I couldnt afford to wait for it. will defiantly consider this place when I need parts in the future.

Good place to order appliance parts from. Just make sure they confirm the exact date of when they will deliver and you should be good. Got my washing machine part 1 day later. Thats because it is an odd part that no everyone carried. I would definitely order from this place again.
