I purchased Maytag #MMV4205D microwave from this store. I am not sure which one to complain more about. Bad product design/quality or worst sears return policy. I purchased this microwave around two weeks back and finally got to install it earlier this week. While attaching the bolt to microwave from the cabinet over the gas range it became free even when tightening with hand. This is before I even used screwdriver. When I unscrewed the bolt and took the microwave off the wall, I saw that bolt assembly has dislodged from the microwave body and fell inside the microwave. This seems bad product quality/quality control as bolt assembly was not property attached to the body. Too bad I didnt noticed it before I started installation. Now for the sears part, I went to the store from where I picked it up. The only thing I want is to get a replacement but they plainly refused to do anything saying that if I am not using sears installation service then there is no warranty on the product. This is the thing that they forgot to tell me before I purchased it and secondly does not make sense. How does doing self installation invalidates any warranty? Instead store rep asked me to call the sears repair department and provided me number. I have been making many phone calls now and always get redirected to different number. Finally on the last call, I was told that this has to be handled by the store from where I purchased it. I am in deadlock now as store refuse to honor any warranty even though there is no way that I could have caused the nut to detach from body and instead it reflects poor product quality. Never buy from Sears.

Coz this uis lowest rating I could choose. I went for store pickup(no proper directions on where to go), went to kiosk and gave info and timer started. After 4 minutes they closed the timer said complete and fulfilled. But they didnt even come out. After 15 minutes they came and said they are still trying to find. Again after 25 minutes they came said they couldnt find. But I already got mail that product is Picked. They then directed to front desk to resolve. So 30 minutes they wasted. I went to complain (there is some HR window). That guy is busy in talking to his family in mobile and didnt even receive or hear to what we are saying. Sears woodbridge SUCKS!!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS JUST COMPLETELY HORRENDOUS. I HAD TO CALL 7 TIMES TO ATTEMPT A RESOLUTION - TWICE I WAS ON HOLD FOR 25 MINUTES AND DISCONNECTED. AFTER I CALLED THIS LAST TIME I WAS CONNECTED TO AN 800 NUMBER WHERE I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HELP ME FOR SURE - WELL GUESS WHAT...THEY DIDNT. OH AND I HAD TO MAKE A TRIP TO THE STORE IN AN ATTEMPT AT A RESOLUTION AS WELL (AND NADA) LOOKS LIKE I WILL NEED TO GO BACK AT THIS POINT. I CAN SEE WHY THEY ARE GOING DOWN THE TUBES - I CAN TELL YOU THAT I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Id advise every one of my friends to NEVER, EVER shop at Sears. Their return policy, their customer service, and their employees ALL suck! I had receipts, tagged clothing, and the card I used to purchase, and its their policy that they will not take the items back last 30 days. Were not in need of the money, but for them to respond, "thats not our policy," is unheard of. The store manager in Woodbridge was rude to her employees, and rude to us. DONE with them FOREVER!

Poor customer service! Took vacuum in for repair on 11/30/15. In store Manager, and Telephone Customer Service RepresentativeS all poorly reflect Sears previous quality of customer service. Still cant obtain a direct reply as to the location of my vacuum. Went to the store and was told to wait for a phone call as to when my vacuum would be ready for pick up. Its 6/14/16 still no call.

Clean store, usually very helpful associates. Selection isnt always as good as online, but hey, whos is? The only qualm with Sears these days are the difference between "Sears" stores like in malls and the "Sears Hardware and Tool" stores that are owned by different companies and have different sales, but do not identify which is which on their flyers.

Very lazy in the tool area. 4 accoicates hanging out by the register, half sitting down. As I walk about all I here is C*nt this and B*itch that. No regard to the customer and as I say something they just keep talking. Ask them about a product and they have no idea. "What we have out is what we have" looks like sears is the next store to go out

Worst location by far, everyone is RUDE & miserable. 1 person on the register with a bunch of people on line, and a bunch of employees on the floor just walking around doing other things instead of register back up. I will never shop here again despite the good deals.

I paid for a headset and they couldnt take the alarm off so they told me to go to another long line so I had to wait again because they didnt let me go up front even though I already paid so I had to wait for 30 minutes in line to get a headset.

I had a problem with a Craftsman hedge trimmer. The guys at this sears were very helpful and corrected my problem right away. This is as opposed to the Sears in Cedar Knolls, where they basically told me to go to another Sears.

Store is ok but looks a bit outdated. BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE SALES ASSOCIATE AAYUSH sharma. That associate is rude and will attack you if you do not create a sears credit card. BUYERS BEWARE!

This Sears is a mess, limited stock of tools, waited over 20 minutes to find a sales person to charge me at the register, he didnt know what to do.....no wonder this place is like a ghost town.
