Normally, I try to stay out of the big box stores and support local small businesses. So when I needed a washer, I went to John Nestico Pequannock Appliance Sales. I did shop, and he wasn’t the least expensive, but I bought there anyway. The Maytag top load HE washer arrived at my house, and from the first load was not working properly. It is now over two months later and not only is Maytag not backing up their product, but John has refused to support me at all. He keeps referring me to Maytag, who only wants to keep sending out service people to try and fix it. I recorded a video of the problem and posted it on YouTube. I then asked John to watch the video and at least call Maytag to back me up. He refused to even watch the video and see what was happening. He wanted nothing to do with trying to help me. So unfortunately, small business has lost another customer. Why would I even consider getting a washer from a small business when I can go to somewhere like PC Richard, who will take the appliance back no problem, and will back the appliance up for a year after purchase. I highly recommend you avoid John Nestico Pequannock Appliance Sales! I am reluctantly now a big store shopper!

This store is awful. We brought a dryer there and have had nothing but problems. Will never go there again. I spoke with other people in my family and they have had bad experiences there as well. I wish I spoke to them before I went there. If you choose to go there after reading this review than you have only yourself to blame when things go wrong- and they will go wrong.

THE BEST APPLIANCE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. VERY FRIENDLY AND A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!! AND NO...MY REVIEW IS NOT FAKE..I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YRS. GET A LIFE AND FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO DO WITH YOUR TIME!!
