I posted before saying that I would be buying a bike from them, I did. I bought a 2010 Triumph Daytona 675SE. So, about a month after having the bike, I was going to ride it to work one morning. I put the key in the switch and nothing happened. So I was like dang the battery must be dead. No biggie. So I called them and spoke with a guy in service. I told him the issue and he told me it was probably the battery. So I tested the battery and was getting 12.4V from it. So I called back the next day and told the person on the phone what I had done. So I asked can I just bring it in or do I need an appointment? His exact words were "Well I mean we dont really work on Triumphs." I said well I have a warranty. He asked me when did I get it. So I told him the exact day I bought the bike. He puts me on hold for a quick second, and then tells me to bring it by. Mind you, at this point Im like I told you in the first place that it wont start. Im not paying to have it towed to you. I finally got the bike to start. For it to then start turning off while riding it. When one cuts off on you doing 85mph on 40, itll open your mind up. I honestly road the bike a total of 12 times. With that being said, they are nice people there, but the product not so much. I let them take the bike back today. When the service guy tells me that they dont work on a particular brand that you sell, and offer a warranty for; you will never work on anything that fast that I ride on. How do you sell Triumphs and offer a warranty, then tell me that you dont work on them? Again, nice guys, but I dont think you get what you pay for. Im out of a total of over 4K. Very expensive mistake. Just be mindful of what youre doing if you shop there. I guess dont buy a Triumph from them because they dont really work on them. The whole situation is mind blowing. Hope this helps.

Several previous reviews rave about Ashtin. Nice guy, no question, but I definitely felt in my three visits to MotoMax that they did not want my business. I requested to test ride two bikes, but was told you cant just walk in there and ride something, you have to make an appointment. So I went home and made an appointment through their website for two days hence. Drove 40 minutes on the day of my appointment and was informed that nobody in the dealership was aware that you could make an appointment online, and so they couldnt honor my appointment as the bikes hadnt been prepped. Noticing the two cycles that I wanted to try were no longer on the floor, I assumed they were in the shop getting prepped. No, they had been sold just the previous day. It would have been nice if they were aware of my scheduled test ride so they could have called and saved me the trip. They I inquired about another bike sitting there, but again was told I would not be able to ride that one either. I would have considered buying it without the test ride, since this was my third trip there and was frustrated to leave empty-handed yet again. Asked whether there was any room in the price of the bike, given my inconvenience and the fact that its past the summer peak for riding I thought I could get a good deal. No, I was told, they wont move on the price since I was considering financing.

Staff is rude and every bike they have is over priced. I went in to motomax to get a cell phone holder for my motorcycle. I asked one of the guys which one did I need for my style of bike and he said that one of three different styles should work but he wasnt sure. I selected a mount that I thought would work for my bike. When I took the mount to the register I asked if I could try it to make sure it worked before I purchased, it I was informed rather rudely that once it is opened we cant take it back. So I asked the employee since you cant take it outside and try it on the bike that I rode to your shop to buy the mount for, can you try it on the same make/model, that I have, that you have on the sales floor. I was told again rather rudely NO we will not let you make sure the part works before you buy it. I told the employee no thanks that I dont want to buy something that I dont know if it will work and when I was on the way put the door I heard one of the employees say a smart ass comment along the lines of "good luck hope you come back to see us soon". Also the make/model motorcycle I ride, motomax was wanting twice the price I payed for it a few years ago and the bike they have has double the miles of my current bike.

I wish I could give them a - star a 1 star is to good for my experience there. The salesman was a nice guy. The manger of the store is very rude ( on the phone and in person) I put a down payment on a dirt bike for my son for hes birthday. I got home that day my son had broken his arm. So I called down there and told the salesman what had happen. He was very understanding and said there would be no problem to get my money back. Called back the next day talked to the manager Todd and he told me that my money was not refundable or transferable and was rude about it. So I decided to go ahead and purchase it anyway Christmas was around the corner and by then my son could enjoy it. So I go back and ask them for a cash deal and We agreed on a price. So I go to pay them and they tell me now they cant do that. I was told various of lies by the manager. After awhile they refunded my money back. The biggest favor they done for me. I went elsewhere and purchased the same bike four years newer in much better shape for only a few hundred more dollars and was treated respectively with no lies.

I purchased a bike from motomax in Henderson and after a year Im looking to make another purchase from them so OBVIOUSLY, Ive had a good experience.I took my first bike home the same day that I went in with the price I wanted to deposit and a great monthly payment. The mechanics, Keith and Frank are a godsend and have no problem giving accurate advice instead of saying do this and do that. I recently inquired about taking over the payments on another customers bike and was quickly steered away because of a terrible history that the customer has had with the vehicle. Sure you can find other bikes, same year, same model, for thousands less sometimes, but for someone such as myself that will ride no matter what and doesnt have the worlds highest credit score, Motomax was the only place willing to give me a chance and weve been good so far so go check them out. My only recommendation is to get a VERY GOOD idea of which bike youre purchasing or wish to purchase because as much as I love the bike I chose, after a few months I was ready to upgrade. Other than that, GO FOR IT!!!!!
