I just purchased my first new Harley Davidson form American Harley Davidson in North Tonawanda. Scott H and Joe V went above and beyond what my expectations of customer service should be. They realize you are not just buying a Harley Davidson your buying a dream! They honestly embrace the live to ride mentality! By the time the deal is done you will feel like part of the family. Don’t waste your time with any other dealer; you will just short change yourself on the entire experience! I was also very impressed with the service department and the honest advice on upgrades. If you want a Harley dealer that puts your personal happiness before making a profit the primary objective then look no further! I look forward to may years of doing business with these folks. I feel like I’m not just a customer I’m also a friend!!!

Just took possession of a 2013 Street Glide. I cannot begin to tell you about the outstanding team American Harley has! Every department has exceptional employees! We were introduced to everyone and made to feel right at home. The buying experience I must say is by far the most personable experience Ive had purchasing anything! Jeff jr and Scott made sure every detail was taken care of. Nick and Zac in the service department were patient in making the adjustments I needed to be comfortable on my ride. If your looking to buy a Harley, look no further! I highly recommend them to be mandatory on your list while shopping! You definitely wont be disappointed! Well done! I bought my first Harley this spring, 2016 Softail Slim, through Jeff at America Harley-Davidson. Everyone is so friendly, my wife and felt like part of the family before we purchased the bike. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Everyone takes the time to listen and work with you to find out what you are looking for to add too or adjust your bike for your riding needs. When it came time to look for a new bike for my wife this summer, we found many used Harleys; however, I only wanted to work with American Harley again. Just completed our second purchase. 2009 Heritage Softail. American Harley is the best. Thank you for the continuing Great Sales & Service.

Even after ultimately purchasing from another area HD dealer, because the unit they had was already optioned as desired, Scott sent me a congratulations email and wished my wife and I well. He said if we had questions or concerns about the bike to feel free to contact him.Absolutely the highest standard of professionalism and courtesy. Scott worked tirelessly in putting a deal together that was fair, but above all else showed he was more interested in me and my wifes needs. People before profit. Excellent business model Scott!

I am a relatively new rider, 3 seasons now. I experienced riding Harley for the first time at the Harley-Davidson Demo Days at American Harley-Davidson this past Spring. What an event! I got to test ride a Sportster 1200 and a Softtail Slim 110. After that I knew I was trading in my other brand and starter bike. Erik Czarnecki helped me pick out and get comfortable with purchasing my 2009 Heritage Softtail. Erik was also able to schedule delivery on short notice so I could ride off the lot on my actual birthday this month. Thank you to Erik and the entire Team at American Harley.

I have been in a lot of Harley dealers over the years and I have to say from the first phone call to when I pulled off to head home this was one of the best, blew a front tire on the way home on a Sunday called Monday morning they had me in and out with the confidence in the front tire to make it the 425 miles home, to the owners, your staff from the service writer to the young lady that went in the back to find me a tee shirt they are all top of the line once again thanks for getting me and my bike back home safe and sound

It has the sport look I like and the comfort and power of a Harley cruiser. Erik, Scott and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, making the experience smooth and effortless. Went in on Sunday 5/15/2016. And Im younger so I walk in and immidiatly get greeted and treated like family. Very unexpected but great first experience. I purchased my first Harley 2016 iron 883. So far love the bike and the purchase process was very easy and got to meet the crew and get some gifts. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this dealer to anyone anytime. Came down from the north. Got treated well. They were smart enough to have the part I was asking about sitting on the counter waiting for me. We were happy with the service and pricing. Bought a bunch of stuff. Had a nice coffee as well. Sometimes, as customers, we often get treated by how we start out with the people in the store/shop. Treat them with some respect and you generally get it back.

Had a great purchasing experience. Road in on a Saturday morning just for a test ride, road out on a brand new 2016 Road Glide Special that afternoon. Wasnt expecting to buy anything that day but couldnt pass up the deal. Friendly and knowledgable sales and financing staff, make you feel at home. Would recommend anyone thinking about a new bike to stop in for a test ride.
