I had come to qualms with the pricing for maintenance on my newly purchased 12 Ducati Monster 796 from dealerships like Bob Weaver but having an engine light turn on made me impatient so i ended up looking to craigslist to find a nearby dealership in Victor who recommended me to motoz because they knew he had the actual tools to reset my bike engine and maintenance light. Called them and got a hold of Jeff who was able to get me in the next day (Saturday) which was by far the fastest available. I got there first thing in the morning unloaded my bike and in just a few minutes he found on the issue, fixed it, cleaned out the brake reservoirs, reset all lights, adjusted my chain, and gave me a full run down on the bike of what i should expect and recommended longer periods between maintenance as the 7500 mile marks were too premature addressing bikes that were on the track every day. After all of that he said i was good to go and didnt want to charge me anything. But he helped me so much and set my mind to ease that i needed to play him for something so i renewed my registration and did an oil change that he said probably was not necessary. Honestly the nicest guy with a nice garage and the ability to actually see him work on the bike as compared to sitting in a waiting room in a dealership makes me very comfortable with him. Easily worth the hour and a half drive and can only say if you have a Ducati I can not recommend going here enough. Cant wait to see him at my 11-12k Valve Adjustment.

Havent been to Moto Z yet but I spoke to Jeff on the phone for a service I need done on my Ducati 848. I have to say he made me feel comfortable. He sounded like a really down to earth guy and extremely knowledgeable. He explained to me a few things about ducatis and he took his time explaining it to me. I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to help. The price he quoted me was really fair. Cant wait to actually go in now and give my bike. Highly recommend someone who is a peoples person like Jeff.

Jeff is an amazing guy and its no wonder my motorcycle friends from Rochester sent me on a hour and a half ride to see him. His prices were more than fair and his service and bedside manner were even better. He took time to walk me through a few weird KTM things to watch out for and tweaked a few things for free. Very knowledgeable guy, but super down to earth. His wife and 4 year old daughter were behind the counter and just as awesome to deal with. Well worth the ride for me.

First time coming here but not my last time. If youre looking for a motorcycle shop that has fair prices and excellent work done for repairs look no further! If youre also not close by STILL make the drive as it is well worth your time. Most other shops care about money and making you feel like youre just another number. Not here! You will not regret having any work done at Moto Z.

Tim and Jeff are great. Tims does an awesome job finding that perfect part you need and Jeff can fix anything. The whole staff goes above and beyond in sales and service. This is the only place I get my ducatis serviced and I highly recommend stopping in to all my friends.
