called to make a special arrangement for my wife at mount saini hospital for my daughters birth and the manager was very rude and non understanding about my request for a certain look i wanted. she said i was being too picky and that let her do it how she wants . they false advertise the product they show on line, they want to overcharge you for a product that is completely the opposite of what you ordered. if you want to disappoint your self and your love ones with thier service and also put up with rude customer service by a so called manager, who wants to change your arrangement to her liking and her conviniance , go ahead. but as for me and anyone who wants honest well spoken and understanding people, who are not quick to try to ask for your credit card first then tell you what the arrangements will not come with, save your self a bad custumer service experience and dont call or even go there..

Ive been a customer of this floral shop for about 20 years, and have made most of the purchases telephonically, as I live out of state. My recent telephonic interaction was very upsetting. I had ordered floral arrangements for my aunt and uncle who live near to Abbott Florist. My aunt called after the delivery and told me the flowers were lovely. A few days after, I spoke to my aunt again. She indicated the flowers were wilting by the next day. I thought this was very unusual, especially given that it was coming from this shop. I contacted the shop and told them about the flowers, only to be rudely treated. The rep stated that what I was saying was not true, that the flowers couldnt have wilted in a day. For all the years I dealt with Abbott, Ill give it a 4.4 rating. However, this recent incident gets a zero (0) rating, due to poor customer service.

Great service and Great flowers. I worked with Romina and I asked for something specific. I was a bit annoying with the amount of details, but she was very patient, offered suggestions, worked with me all the way to the end and was happy to do it. I even asked if she could send a picture before delivery and Romina was happy to do so. I modified the note last minute and it was taken care of with out a hitch. Its on its way and it looks great. Just what i was looking for. Great job Abbott Florist and Romina, i highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Abbott Florist. I order flowers last Friday around 2PM, two hours later my wife called me to thank me and tell me the flowers were gorgeous!! It was my first time ordering flowers, therefore I was so nervous. They helped me out with picking the best flowers for the right occasion. Will definitely use them again, BTW they have the best prices in town. Ask for the daily specials, I got 2 dozen premium long stem roses arranged in a vase for $100 with delivery and taxes.

Wow. amazing experience working with Abbott Florists. I called on Friday to request flowers delivered on Friday. Besides the great price (which was the best quote I have seen that day), I sent them a pic of flowers that I would like them to send. They responded they dont have the exact ones but texted me 3 beautiful bouquets that I could choose from, from the same quoted price. Was a pleasure and blessing doing business with them. 5 star experience.

If you want to talk with very bad humor people, this is the way. My experience was terrible. Order not delivered, asked by e-mail if it could be delivered next day (not even a phone call), just to be informed that it also could not be delivered, because the cutting time was 4 minutes before my answer. Detail: the delivery address is just a few blocks from the store. There are many other stores in Miami Beach, with much better service.

I want to Highly recommend Abbott Florist, I am a weekly customer, They are so good! Thank you guys, theres no better place on the Beach! The prices are amazing and very competitive.. I really have no idea who can make complaints about Abbotts, They are the BEST!! I have been a customer for over 25 years since they day the open! Not once I have been a problem.. Abbott Keep up the excellent work!! Keep delivering SMILES!

Not sure who is writing a bad review, BUT these people were super nice, very accommodating and more than willing to answer all my questions! I would definitely order from them again and would high recommend them to anyone in the SoBe area!

Well if you want to get your order wrong, then they send it out again and still get it wrong this is the place for you. Oh, they dont call you back. Try other local companies first, unless you like to gamble. Good Luck...

Products are absolutly not the same of the Pictures. When I saw what my GFs received... was crazy!!!!! Customer service????? never I had a message. I CAN SEND PICTURES IF YOU NEED. Keep your money and stay away
