We found and paid for a beautiful dresser at this location on a Saturday. I took off work and came back four days later with a UHaul to pick up my furniture and they had sold it to someone else. I spent $150 on rental, mileage, and gas on a truck for no reason. Normally I would be more understanding, but the store manager Gail was very unhelpful and rude to us. Gail was incredibly rude and unresponsive in regards to how much their store had inconvenienced and cost us. She refused to give us any sort of help or compensation. I asked for a discount coupon for next time since I was now out $150 and a days work because of her store, and her response was, "Well, were a non-profit, so..." Then when my girlfriend asked if she could at least keep an eye out for a replacement for us since we live 45 minutes away, she said, "We dont typically do that." You probably dont typically screw over your customers either, but this isnt a typical situation. We liked shopping here because they have a good selection and we dont have much money to spend on furniture, but since Gail seems to be more interested in saying she works for Habitat for Humanity than actually being a humanitarian, we wont be returning. Gail, get out of customer service. You are bad at it and it does not suit you. Ben, the other store manager, was great, by the way.

lots of great stuff because of the area (where things are donated), but the prices are higher than other restores ive been to. Ive also caught the "come in date" several times as inaccurate. Only reason thats annoying is because after a certain number of days they start discounting it, and changing the days prolongs the retail price.

My first visit was very nice. Upon leaving a young lady working made sure I knew the hours of operation and asked if I got a card with that information on it. Good first impression.

Large selection and reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. The checkout lines can be long on sale days but they usually move quickly.

Its all donated things! I think its a little high-priced! for what they want you can buy it at the regular store for some items
