Went to check out he Anderson Patio door Was told by an worker at the main building to go to the Anderson Showroom. Upon entering the building a salesperson was talking to another couple, He did not acknowledge that we were there nor ask if we wanted help and could we make an appointment since he was busy. We waited 45 min patiently. My husband finally asked the salesperson if we would be helped. He said "no" he had to go and to make an appointment. He could have told us that we first arrived instead of waiting 45min. No where on the building did it say "Service by Appointment only!". Fox Lumber lost our business and Pella will probably get ours since the salesperson was able to handle three customers at once.

Our experience with this company has been horrible. Salesman rarely responds to emails, and phone calls. When there was a problem, they circled the wagons and refused to forward a call to the manager. When I asked to speak to the owner, the response was sarcastic "he is rarely here, after all, he is the owner" Run, run the other way. This service doesnt even warrant one star.

Fox Lumber is a real class act! Local company that continues to give back to Scout projects, the Clinton Mill and a slew of charities. The guys inside are very helpful and they go the extra mile handling any requests. Fox continues to reinvest in their facility adding both value to the consumer and the community. Way to go Fox!

I am building a deck for my house and find their lumber and Trex decking cheaper and better quality than Home Depot or Lowes. Their service was also excellent. John, the salesman, patiently explained everything in detail for me.

Best place to buy lumber in the clinton area. Prices comparable or better than box stores, and you get a better quality product and support the local economy. Glad there are still places like this around.
