i used to visit this one often because its down the street from my school (full sail) and people tend to pawn a lot of audio gear. i picked up two monitors speakers that didnt have any of the cords necessary to listen to it in the store so i just made the purchase. they didnt work and i returned them and of course they have that janky store policy of returning things within 24 hours so i was only able to get a store credit. that isnt what really upset me though. when i returned to the store a few days later i saw the very same monitor speakers for sale again but they DONT WORK. so at this point i am well aware of the fact that they know and they dont care. def not how pawn shop should be ran. there is no integrity in this shop. stay away

They have super manager, his name is Michael Barnette .I hope I got his last name right. Hi is sharp, always willing to work with you. Super clean store, good stuff and good price for item you need. Five stars !!But you must know -his crew simply know very little. If you need borrow many make sure Mike is there. They refuse to make an afford and learn. Mike always 5 stars!!!!!

Terrible I mean atrocious I went in to buy a tablet I picked one out it wouldnt want to turn on even when plugged in tried another it wouldnt work either tried one more it still wouldnt work so I walked out and went to cash America not too far from here and bought a tablet there

The store manager was incredibly nice and helpful! From my first call, to getting the loan, her customer service was soo great! Usually pawn store employees seem frustrated and impatient, she was the total opposite! I was impressed and I left feeling hopeful! Thanks Value Pawn!

The only time I have had a good experience where was when dealing with the Hispanic ladies. The other ones.... horrible! Rude and condescending. They look at you like a crackhead and always looking for a reason to offer you less money. Horrible way to treat repeat customers.

I wanted to love this store because it is so close to my house. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Yakshira the manager will turn her back, ignore you and is rude. Avoid this store and its terrible management.
