This place has TERRIBLE customer service. They are filled with empty words of promise. They promise to give you better evaluation on next items brought in but never do. They start closing up shop 10 mins before closing and close and lock door by 6:55. I walk into the store at 6:57 to pay off a loan IN FULL and they say sorry they balanced out already. Theyre more focused on getting home than providing that great customer service they say they have. They hold signs out deceiving the neighborhood that theyre going out of business but word playing in small fine print to make you think youre getting a good deal when youre not. Stores like Value Pawn provide 10x the customer service than this place does. They cut you low on evaluations, smells bad inside, and the pregnant lady is extremely rude. Better off not coming to this place.

I went in to pawn a few things today. I was hoping for more money, but they explained nicely why they couldt give me more. The offer at Cash America was actually higher, but they were rude at Cash America, which made me not want to trust them with my items. I felt welcome here as Quick Cash Pawn and Jewelry. The associates were pleasant and friendly. I felt much more secure with the transaction. They had some pretty cool stuff there too. I will definitely go back for a few purchases when I get back on my feet. thanks for making a stressful situation not so stressful.

Revised review: had a prior slightly negative experience here, but overall this is a family run operation, they do have good merchandise when I go in there to buy and theres an older lady there that will trade/work with you if its something you want. Over all okay.
