Extraordinarily cooperative and helpful. I recently went in there several times trying to find a blu-ray player. They were very helpful with trying to find one that would work for me. The one I bought ended up not having wifi, so I brought it back later that same day and returned it. I expected to have to fight to return it but they just gave me my cash back, including the cash for the warranty I bought. I came back the next day and bought an 80gb PS3 which was on sale with a mangers special. And they confirmed it had wifi. The whole experience was helpful and everyone was very friendly. Definitely the pawn store I will most often visit now, at least for buying things. Ive never pawned anything there so I dont know how that experience goes.

want to be treated badly? go to value pawn in fern park! i went with a 2,000 dollar piece of electronics and had some 30 yr old mexican with braces in her mouth and bad english, tell me my item is worth 200 without even lookin at the specs or the make and model,,,,,then have a bad attitude while trying to rip you off..................thank you so much!

I went in there paid for a IPhone that was 100 dollars and take into apple to see way it wasnt reading my sim card and to go to find out the internal the phone was messed up so just be careful when you get phones from there because they dont check them this is my 3rd time of having this place do it to me and Im done
