Terrible customer experience. The store manager was short and rude. I came in one day and was offered money for an item I was selling. This first customer experience was terrible but at least they offered a decent amount. I took the item around to see what other shops would offer and came back because initially the had the best offer. I came back to find that they would not honor the first offer and made an offer that was half of the original. There is a better Cash America just down on East Colonial, go there instead.

This pawn shop was alright about a year and half to two years ago. Now the staff sucks. They are not friendly. They nothing about the products in the store,( some of them barely know how to use the computer. Thats besides the point.) The lines are always long because only one person is working the front, and staff sucks. If I want to buy stuff for a place with a horrible staff I would go to walmart. Oh well what can you expect from a pawn shop in winter park.

I would not recommend taking gold or other jewelry here, not only do they pay the lowest possible price but they do not know what they are dealing with. Tools and electronics seem to be your best bet at this shop, just be sure you know what you have so you dont get tricked out of 100 to 150 dollars. There is one nice person on staff and their interest rates are not competitive.

I was there today and all the staff was awesome. I bought a nice Cerwin Vega Powered Subwoofer for PA at very good price. I called them on friday and they hold the product for me until today. Thanks a lot!

...yes, but it was a TERRIBLE bookstore. Overpriced and selection limited due to the religious constraints of its management. So, no one is crying over its loss.
