This place sold me a fake Rolex Sea Dweller. Before I purchase the watch I ask them if the watch was an original Rolex and they told me yes. The watch was price at $5999.99 and they sold it to me for $2000.00. They knew the watch was fake there is no doubts. This watch was taken by me to a Rolex expert and certify and told me that the watch was a very nice reproduction but it wasnt real. When I went to the store to talk to the (store manager) he got offended because I told him that he needs to be responsible for this huge (mistake). He told me that nobody in the store was knowledgeable about Rolex watches but still put it out for sale as Legitimate. The entire crew are nasty with no manners.The (store manager) Julio is the worst Manager I have ever deal with. Unprofessional and arrogant. It is very sad to see the great company build by Mr. John Thedford got so low and shady. I wont recommend anyone to go in to this location or any value pawn location. Cash america Pawn is more prepare and sale you legitimate stuff. I was on this business for more than 7 years and I can tell you stay away from this company (Value Pawn). Take your business somewhere else.

Very shady people. Stay away. Went in with a brand new snap on torque wrench a 200 plus dollar tool never used. Even brand new snap on tool sets(wrench and socket sets). Tools that came in a 10k set. The salesman said they cannot take brand new unopened things. My torque wrench he tired offering me 10 bucks. Seriously? Stay away from these scum bags. BTW no tool store sales snap on tools,especially sears for 40 bucks when snap on sales it for hundreds more but some how they allow another company to sell it for 40? How would they make profit either company? I guess these people think either someone Id that desperate or as dumb as theyre.

i was at the valu pawn yesterday and my service was excellent..hector is the one that help me and he just made me feel at ease and was so honest with me and i really appreciated that..because when ever you go into a pawn shop you think they are trying to ripe you off. but this was not the case at all .. i brought al my old mis match gold that ive had for 20 years or so and i got more than i expected . so i was HAPPY!!!! so anyway thankyou hector ..fern park location . dawn

WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. The manager was so rude and disrespectful. Took in a $3000.00 piece of equipment and manager said it wasnt ever worth $30.00, how? never been used and sells online for $1500.00. We only asked for $300.00. UNBELIEVABLE. Even the sales person stated he could give us $300.00. Wow get your act together. I thought sales was about Customer Service not making your customer feel like low life scum.

My daughter an i always go into vaule pawn. They always help us with what we need. Its a great atmosphere. All of the employees are great they are always smiles an have great attitudes. I will always bring my business to vaule pawn i love them.

Staff is very unfriendly and are not at all honest, got shown a screenshot of an old sale of my item from ebay recently sold section and when I logged onto eBay there was no record of one even being sold within the last 6 months, extremely rude

Would give zero stars if possible. I cringe from the negative energy just driving by. They offer about 2% of an items worth and then if you try to have a conversation they turn it into an argument. Very unpleasant place to go.
