First of all I want everyone to take note that the NEGATIVE reviews about this store that are still on Google reviews are all during the previous ownership and in no way reflects on the new and MUCH IMPROVED Grapevine Kawasaki and its new staff. Since this place has turned over to new ownership it has become one if not the BEST motorcycle dealership/service center I have ever visited and done business with. The owner will personally want to thank you for stopping by and will always shake your hand with a smile. The main reason I would have to rate this dealer a 5 star, and wish I could rate it higher, is because of Mark and all the guys in service. I mean the sales staff are all extremely nice and have an good spirited personality with a lot of knowledge but Mark and his service staff are phenomenal. I took my bike in with major damages and having insurance pay to replace everything including the frame. Mark told me his top guy will be gone on vacation by the time the parts get in and would be a month for me to get it back. It was my fault for making him wait too long before I knew what color and parts I wanted on it but the point is that I was willing to wait a longer time to get my bike back because of the quality and customer service he provides. I could of taken it to a couple other places and had it back already but Id rather wait for it to be done with 100% satisfaction and quality that Grapevine Kawasaki and Mark provide. Ill never take my bike to anyone else for now on. Thank you Mark and the whole crew at Grapevine Kawasaki for taking this dealership over and turning a -5 star dealership/service shop into a +5 star place to get all my parts, service, gear, and eventually more fast toys!!!!

We had a great experience with the buying of our RZR 1000 however, service has been bad. We got the recall and kept calling to see when we could get our RZR fixed. They just kept saying when they get the part. We bought the RZR in Jan and had not been able to ride it but 1 time before the recall. I finally went to the dealership and asked the service manager as we had made reservations to go to Colorado when we bought it and our vacation was only 3 weeks away. Service manager told me that he did have a couple of the recall kits but was sitting on them in case a new one came in and needed it. Needless to say, they agreed to do our RZR. Got back from Colorado with a "Check Engine" on it. Called to set up our 25hr oil change and have this checked out. They charged 2 1/2 hrs to do the service because as the GM stated, sometime we have to put it on the lift and that takes time....how much time? Anyway, they said they couldnt find anything on the check engine code that was wrong so it wasnt warrantied because nothing was wrong and charge us 1/4 of an hour to do that. I figured if it threw a code, something was wrong. After a battle with Service mgr and GM they agreed to refund it. Funny thing is that in the 25 hr service, it says battery is good and in the check engine it says could be low battery....doesnt make sense to me. Will not be taking our machine back for service. Very disappointed especially after that great time we had buying it there.

My husband and I have been customers of Grapevine Kawasaki for nearly 4 years and have always received the best service. Bonnie and Dennis are like family to us. My husband hadnt ridden a motorcycle in 20 years - until Dennis encouraged him to give it a try. Mind you, my husband loves his toys, and Dennis gave us a great deal on a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 900. We maintained the bike and eventually sold it back and got a 2011 Kawaski Vulcan 900. They have always been honest and upfront about everything needed to maintain both motorcycles. My husband now has a 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero 1700. He hasnt enjoyed life as much as being on his motorcycle. Whenever weve needed anything - from parts, to service, to advice about a sound we might have heard, or a new helmet or gloves - the entire team at Grapevine Kawasaki has always been there to help us and give us the best dealer and information they can. Their knowledge, expertise and helpfulness keeps us coming back. We dont buy or do anything at any other motorcycle shop or dealer except Grapevine Kawasaki. They are one of the few business who are there for their customers not the money. They stay late and come in early if needed to make sure their customers are taken care of. If you ever need a motorcycle, service for your motorcycle or just a pair of goggles, go to Grapevine Kawasaki - theyll treat you right - with class! Karen F

I bought a new 2015 Polaris RZR from a different dealer. At the time, this dealership didnt sell RZRs, they only sold Polaris ATVs. There is a national recall for RZRs due to fire risk. Since this dealership is the closest to my home, I called their service department the day the recall was announced and asked to be put on the waiting list for the recall to be performed. I was assured I am on the list, he took my name and number. In the meantime, Polaris has ordered owners to stop using the vehicles. 2 weeks later, I just called the dealership to ask where I am on the list for the recall and the person answering the phone asks me if I purchased the vehicle from them?! I said no, you didnt sell RZRs at the time. "Sorry but weve only been issued a few of the recall kits and we are saving them for the customers that bought their vehicles from us.....we want to provide this service to those that spend their money there" A national recall for safety and youre holding out for the customers that spend your money there....youve got new ownership and this is how you treat potential customers? Ill for sure never use your dealership for service and for damn sure never shop there for my next vehicle. This is a safety matter and I cant use the vehicle in the meantime, not a loyalty deal for your buddies.

I have been a customer of Grapevine Kawasaki since 2006, when I purchased a couple of Jet Skis, and have always been pleased with the service and relationship we had established. Unfortunately, this fall I had a bad experience while having my Jet Skis winterized. The moment the ownership became aware of this issue, they went out of their way to make the situation right. I appreciate that dedication to their customers and Bonnies passion for excellence. So, I would recommend them as a place that will sell you great gear at a fair price and then stand behind that gear for years to come. Finally, I want to plug the Jet Ski brand and tell anyone considering one that I have had mine for 5 summers and have never had a single problem. I give Kawasaki partial credit, but I give the rest to having it summerized and winterized at Grapevine Kawasaki-Polaris. Every season they check them out and bring legit issues to my attention. I always listen to their advice - followed it - and have never had an outing ruined by a Jet Ski that wasnt running 100%. When you have two teens running the heck out of them sun up to sun down you need every advantage you can get - My advantage is Grapevine Kawasaki.
