VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Horrible customer service. 1st they sent me the wrong bike. After calling them about it being the wrong bike. I was told the bike I ordered sold out 3 days before i got the wrong one. So they had the bike I ordered when i ordered it but sent me a different one anyway. Jason the salesman was very rude. This is now almost a month later and still no bike. Jason has been lying about shipping dates. Would not provide the tracking number to the new bike that was supposed to be sent out. I have been calling to find out if the new bike has been sent out and i am getting the run around. another salesman who sounded just like Jason is telling me that Jason is out to lunch and usually takes a 2hr lunch break. I called back more than 2 hours later and he is still not there. (seems fishy) when I asked about the ETA for Jason i was told" Today is not my day to watch Jason" (very unprofessional). Orion just lost 4 more sales from my friends that would be buying once i got mine. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ORION POWERSPORTS!! I hope this never happens to anyone else. I also found it unprofessional that they would have me send the bike they sent me (wrong bike) to another customer. So now i have the address and phone number to someone i dont know. I think there is a law that was just broken by doing that. Jason also refused to give me any info so i can contact the owner.

warning do not buy from Orion Powersports. I received my bike damaged from Fedx and filed a claim.Fedx requested a list of damaged parts and prices.I used Orions website put together a list and sent it to Orion to put on their letterhead per Fedx request. They were unwilling to help.I spoke to a rep from Orion many times and he said he would take care of it he never did.I sent several emails with the list and a request for help no response. I sent the list and a request for help by certified mail no response.Once you pay for your bike you are on your own. Also bike was not as advertised wrong size carb non folding leavers and so on. Buy an SSR from anyone else they are much better quality.

I bought a shock from them and it was deceptively described. I told them in the instructions and on the phone I didnt want one with a 900# spring but thats what they sent. Despite their claims its 750# its labeled 900# just like the one I did not want. Seems they just shipped it hoping for the best but now they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Beware, they will charge you a restocking fee even if its a manufacture defect (read the fine print). Save yourself money and hassle and buy parts from T-Bolt or Wholesale cycle. They have awesome customer service and will do you right when things are not.

I placed an order for a SSR-125cc Pit Bike and it arrived in perfect condition. No missing or broken parts also runs really good! Took only (2) Business days to ship and one week for delivery from California to Michigan. It was delivered by R+L Carriers. The shipping company called me a day before arrival to schedule an appointment for the next morning as well as the driver calling me when he was 15-mins away from my house. Consumer Services was also excellent on both ends. Overall i recommend ordering from Orion Powersports.

One of the best places I dealt with in years, great customer service, always respond within minutes on Facebook even after closing time. I needed assistance with getting documents for exporting my bike to Canada and they came through with all my requests. As I was buying my first bike they guided me through everything and even giving me some of their opinions. Overall 10/10 highly recommend this company for long time dirtbikers and beginners!

Do not order from here. I PAID for a SSR pit bike for christmas within ample time to recieve, 5 days before christmas I call them and they tell me it is not instock and if I wanted it by christmas i would have to get a different brand. I received it and I am not pleased. MY son cant even start it on his own, it leaks oil and it is falling apart. Now they will not exchange anything. The entire process has been horrible.

gear box problems warranty wouldnt cover because orion powersports said so. Purchased 3 pit bikes one has gearbox issues and orion powersports said i was lucky...... Very disappointed in my experience with this business. It seems as if the warranty is good you should honor it and not dodge it.

Just purchased an Icebear Fuerza from Orion powersports. I received the bike and had no problems during my experience, and they were very good at responding to any questions I emailed them. I would definitely do business with this company again

I bought a little four wheeler and a Buggy from them and they have always been helpful. Any issues i have they take care of and have even offered to pick up my machine to service it. I have seen the owner around town and he is always friendly.

VERY poorly ran business. Worst place I have dealt with in years. Buyer beware they do NOT stand behind their products even with their "warranty" which basically covers nothing according to them. This company is a complete joke.
