Just purchased a new 2016 BMW R1200RT from Freedom. I must say that most of the staff was excellent. I especially want to thank Garrison, Cody, Kevin and Mark. These guys were top notch in addressing all my new bike needs. The only hiccup was in the final stop of completing the sale in Finance. The pressure to buy extended warranty and service contract was a bit much, but after all was said and done, it was pretty awesome. In the next few weeks I should receive my Ilium engine guard and foot pegs. Well see how service is there when they come in and need to be installed. Mark in service has been excellent to work with so Im looking forward to a great experience there as well. Another note, I discovered that Freedom is a bit more expensive on the service front than the other DFW BMW Motorrad dealers, but theyre still a great group of folks there. BTW, if not for extreme oversell on the "extras", I would have given them a strong 5 stars. Update: Got the Ilium engine guard and foot pegs installed. Good job there and in a timely manner on a Saturday morning. Next service is the 600 mile run-in. Well see how they do. They are a bit more expensive than Denton and Dallas at $407 compared to $250 and $300 respectively.

Well if 1st impressions are important, you may be disappointed. The pricing is higher here then at BMW Motorcycles of Dallas ( Plano) and I am not sure you get a higher value. You get the impression the management/ownership is focused on `one and done ` customer service, ie much like buying on the internet only at a much higher price. Or maybe BMW of Ft Worth doesnt believe in the saying, `its much cheaper and smarter to keep a customer, than find a new one.` Maybe I have been spoiled by the competitive nature of the BMW auto market which has learned how to treat customers. Sorry to say, but I have to put BMW of Ft Worth in 3rd or 4th place on my list for parts, service or buying a bike.

I spent 5 months riding around the US and stopped at Fort Worth BMW to get new tires. At first I was impressed with the service and price. That changed when I discovered they broke my front tire sensor while putting on the tire. When I discovered it was a long weekend and so continued my trip to Albuquerque and Sandia BMW. They were great and replaced the sensor. When I contacted Fort Worth BMW to reimburse me they were unapologetic and terse, after which they didnt respond to emails. They didnt even respond to emails from Sandia BMW. Fort Worth BMW just wants you money. Heaven help you if you have a problem

Clowns! I was searching for a new helmet and my BMW dealer offered to help by calling ither dealers. These guys had the helmet but when I called to arrange payment and shipment they refused to sell to me as I have an out of state credit card. My dealer called to vouch for me, I offered to photo my cc and drivers license. Nope! Clowns! This is why Revzillas business is booming

Waited 4 hours on an oil change and a key programmed and was finally told "the computer" was down and if I could come back next Tuesday to get the fob programmed. When I told the manager "hell no I cant come back and I just want my bike so I can leave", he snapped "well leave then."

the online parts order is not used by them. ordered parts but never got a reply. send them an email to make them aware but this was not responded to either. dont have a website if youre not going to use it to service your customers.
