Hands down, the best motorcycle/vehicle buying and servicing experience I have encountered in my lifetime. SLM and the management of SLM have integrity, passion, enthusiasm and love for providing the best motorcycle related experience you can imagine. 1) Prices for service and sales are listed as "out-the-door" prices directly in the open on the SLM website. 2) I have purchased 4 bikes there total, they once came in on a Saturday night after hours when Todd Tarver (co-owner) had to be on a flight early the next morning. He sold me my 4th bike, installed add-ons and assured I was happy with my purchase. Contrast this to another dealer I had been to before buying 4 bikes who 10 minutes before close didnt want to keep the doors open to wrap up the deal. SLM / KTM of North Texas is now my goto MX dealer. 3) They have a nice selection of gear and parts in stock surrounding a very nicely arranged layout of the stores inventory. Todd Tarver / Bert and the team at KTM of North Texas (i.e. SLM Racing) have my business for life.

If you live within driving distance (whatever that means to you) of Arlington and want a KTM, this is the place to go. I drove 3 hrs for a 16 300 XC-W and would do it again in a heartbeat. I dealt with the owner (Bert) over the phone to set up the deal a week in advance. Bert is no nonsense and made the transaction seamless. The OTD pricing on the website is legit, there were no hidden fees and Bert actually took a little off the price for me. Dont be fooled by the small outward appearance of the shop, its quite large and they have LOTS of bikes and parts. If I had the money, I would buy another bike from SLM tomorrow. For now though, any parts I need, I will call SLM first to see if they can make it happen. IF you are even considering a KTM, go to SLM. Both Bert and Todd are good dudes and easy to work with.

I am an experienced rider, and have owned many bikes. I have received only the best service for sales, service and parts from Straight Line Racing. The owner, Todd, is a great guy who gives personal attention to his customers and goes the extra mile for them. The rest of the staff is great, too, with a particular mention to Andrew, the mechanic, who is not only good at wrenching but is also a true motorcycle enthusiast. If they continue with the same level of service (and I have no doubt they will), I will continue to give them my business in the future without any hesitation. Two thumbs up!

I LOVE SLM RACING/KTM OF NORTH TEXAS!! ANDREW IS AN AWESOME MECHANIC!! TODD TARVER/OWNER IS AWESOME! I ride a 2015 Superduke 1290. I have bought tank and rear bags, brake pads, oil, filters, tires, etc..etc... always a screaming deal even better than the interwebs!! They have serviced my bike always in a very reasonable time frame or just need some racing slicks mounted, on the spot!! These guys RULE! Ive owned alot of other bikes and been to other shops, no body even comes close the the personal service and knowledge of the ins and outs of SLM. BLEED ORANGE!!!

We were very pleased with our experience at KTM when purchasing my husbands first motorcycle! A HUGE thank you to Andrew for all of his help and customer service. They went the extra mile to get the bike my husband wanted delivered to the shop right away just so he could see it. They made the process very easy and simple, answered all the questions we had, they were extremely friendly and willing to work with us on customizing the bike exactly how my husband wanted. We couldnt have been more pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2016 250 SX. I found the bike online and the price was better than any other dealer in Texas. Andrew and Todd were very knowledgeable about the bike and very professional with me. I drove from Houston to their shop and everything was ready. I have bought motorcycles before and this was the best experience thus far. I would recommend everyone in the market for a KTM to give these guys a call before you go anywhere else. I also want to add that their shop has a lot of accessories to choose from with equally great prices.

This is the best dealership I have been to. They dont try to stick thousands of dollars in fees on a bike when you buy it, and they take very good care of their customers. I recently thought my brand new Duke had a fuel leak. They picked the bike up at my house, inspected the whole bike, and filled up the gas tank. After all that they charged me $0! If you need to buy a motorcycle, buy it from this dealership!

I recently bought a 2016 250SX from this shop. Best buying experience Ive ever had. I walked in not long before closing and never once felt rushed or pressured, I ended up leaving with exactly what I went there to get. Im new to the area and after everything was done, and past closing time, they took the time to write me a list of about 15 different places to ride. Great experience and will definitely go back.

Bought a new 350 XCF. After a long break from dirt riding, and looking/ researching all the other bikes, it was really great to come into a place where the guys were knowledgeable about their product and ready to help work with me and get me onto a bike with no BS. After not being able to find the right fork guards for my dirt bike, I called KTM and Cody was able to find what I needed. Part was shipped on Saturday and I received it on Monday at my residence in PA. I now make lists of parts that I need and call Cody directly, he is very knowledgeable and just a great person to deal with. Thank you again for wonderful and pleasant service!

Ive been dealing with the founders of this shop before it ever existed. 1990 to be exact. The guys (Todd and Burt) have built this business with OUSTANDING customer service, product and brand knowledge and great pricing. If you havent tried them give them a shot its not just business to them,it a passion. they ride and race too which helps them understand a riders needs.

The guys at KTM Noth Texas are great. If I could give six stars I would. I was in from San Angelo and needed fork seals installed. Todd the owner dropped what he was doing and personally installed my fork seals so I could get back on the road quickly. They give the kind of service we all want but rarely find. if You like being lied to, disrespected and taken advantage of this place is for you. Quoted one price for parts and labor and they tripled it. Take advantage of even children and dont stand behind their previous work which didnt last 6 months. Ive been around motorcycle shops for over 30 years and this is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced!
