Good service but not very professional when it comes to over the phone customer service. Had Questions and they treated me with discontent and lack of interest. I wanted to get some info before taking my 2009 kawasaki 650 and after painfully waiting on hold they told me they couldnt do anything over the phone. Not even a simple quote for a basic mechanical checkup. The guy i spoke with didnt even explain anything to me just told me "we cant do anything over the phone" and after the awkward silence i just finished the conversation with thanks ill look somewhere else. I dont doubt their service, but their customer service is lacking.

Best price. Best service. Knowledgeable staff. Look for their website. You will get complete list of they carry and their OTD price. People has hard time matching their price. I told them to inform me if the price reduction for Ninja 650r. The salesman called me as soon as the price reduction announced by kawasaki. Bought it before 15 minutes before closing. They stayed and make my bike ready for delivery. Only the problem I am facing is that their service is busy. Need to drop the vehicle for few days to even have first service :). Their service department is very busy.

Great group of folks! I bought a 610 4x4 Mule form them for my mom so she could get around the farm. Best Price in Texas...I Checked!! I highly recommend this particular dealer. Ill gladly do business with them again. I just wish they sold Arctic Cats tooo :). As for the Mule...Absolutely the best! Plenty of power to climb rocky hill sides. Very rugged, not like some of the competition with plastic beds at double the price!

Bought my very first bike from here, a new 2016 ninja 650. The process was quick and simple. Once all the paperwork was in order, it took only 45 minutes for them to get my bike ready! Their prices on new kawasakis are much lower than their competitors so I highly recommend checking them out.

Adrian the salesman was one of the rudest guys I have met . These people give very poor trade in evaluation. When I requested to just reduce $200 on their quoted price, Adrian said" My price is my price" and just got up and left . Sad.. really sad treatment

No hard pressure sales or granite rock floors. Who cares? If youre looking for the best deal in town from the best people in town then buy at Kawasaki City. Every motorcycle has a cash price listed on the motorcycle. The employees are the best ever!

Theses guys are great. Very knowledgeable down to earth people. They dont have the most exciting personalities, but great prices and honest feedback. Do you want your ass kissed and money stolen, or do you want quality service at fair prices.

Came in wanting to buy a vulcan s cafe, asked to test ride it in their parking lot to see how it handles. Was told they dont allow test rides. Im not going to buy a bike for 8 grand without riding it first. Very dissatisfied.
