Two weeks ago I had never ridden a motorcycle from the front seat... During my preliminary research. (Yes, we are "those" people. Until informed and certain of our choice and price we will not make a purchase) I met Danny and the entire Maverick Harley-Davidson experience about a month before my purchase. Danny introduced me to a wide variety of bikes and "why" or "why not" they may be for me. He then followed up with gentle kindness, always respectful, never pushy. He (and the other sales & service people) took the time to understand what would be best for me. I decided to learn to ride prior to purchase. Just seemed to make sense to me. I took the Maverick Harley Davidson Riding academy course. My husband a more experienced rider took a different class. We compared notes. Mine was a more comprehensive course in every area and I walked away respectfully confident to hit the road passing the state exam the first time the next day. The following day I purchased "Independence" as I call her, additionally personalizing the ride and accessories, and a 5 year warranty from Danny. My husband also purchased a bike. My choice was a good one for me at a gut decision making level. The price was more than fair and all my questions, needs and wants as I journey forward are still being consistently met by the most qualified member of the Maverick Harley - Davidson team. Even while looking each member of the team was incredibly willing to contribute ideas from his or her personal experience and so many took the time to learn my name and say hello every time I see them. From "why he/she rides a certain bike to how to keep my hair put away to the proper gear for me and why" I really could go on and on. I have gotten to know no fewer than 10 members of the staff on a first name basis. Each person takes pride in representing the brand and my experience with a consistent relationship based professionalism carefully questioning and listening and then making recommendations. I would suggest you strongly consider the long term relationship with your sales and service team when making a purchase into this incredible Harley Davidson "culture". I have been educated far beyond my ability to drive off the lot. Now with over 300 miles under my belt, I have been welcomed by riders on the road with a nod or wave and then meet them again at this location. My search introduced me to pretty much every Motorcycle dealer and multiple brands both new and used within driving distance of my residence in Dallas Metro / Fort Worth, etc. and I have to say with enthusiasm Maverick Harley - Davidson is an excellent choice for today and well beyond my initial purchase.

I purchased a 95 wide glide in Jan. of 2016. I have been very satisfied with all the facets of the transaction. As with any vehicle of that era, the carburetor does not like todays ethanol additive. It took me a while to get to the problem of the machine seeming sluggishness. I searched patiently until pinpointing several things 1. The accelerator pump diaphragm was deteriorated from the ethanol (poor acceleration). 2. The cv slide boot was deteriorated again from ethanol. 3. The primary jet was partially plugged with rubber again ethanol(this was the cause of the sluggish response). 4. The fuel line to the carburetor was disintegrating(possible source of rubber in the low speed jet). I replaced all of the items listed and also put in a new gasket set. The machine now runs like it is brand new. This is just a note to anyone desiring to purchase an older machine. Take your time and expect to let it teach you what it needs. The adventure is awesome. I actually could not be happier. Next undertaking is to rake and extend it.

have lived in many states, and have bought and had my Harleys serviced all over. First, Maverick Harley Davidson is THE best dealership. The staff from service to parts to sales to clothing are the most sincere friendliest people you will ever meet. No attitude, just serious Harley folk who welcome everyone to be part of their family. This is the first dealership I am friends with many, and always stop by just to say hi. This is rare for me as I am not a "friends" type person. Most of my great experience with Maverick began at the front end when purchasing a new bike. John Lawson may look like a "bad ass", but is the most friendliest, intelligent Harley rider around. He knows everything Harley, and sells a bike like hes selling to a friend. Buy from him! Overall the customer service of the dealership is stellar. Rather than go on here, just drop in and see for yourself. Youll probably leave with a bike…ask for John. Maverick weekend events are fantastic fun, and crowded.

“Sorry but I dont see the employee that helped me listed. She is in motorclothes, I think her name is Alex, she has Red coloring in her hair. When we got there we told the front counter we were there for an exchange, Alex walked us back and told us of the current sales and what was where. We went looking I the Black Label shirts and determined the cut of them was not going to fit me. She came around the corner to ask how it was going, we told her the issue and she said just a second. She came back with 2 sizes of another type of shirt. The fit was perfect and on sale. She explained the Black labels are cut different and not for everybody. She was extremely professional and knows her product. So nice to have someone that understands customer service.”

Ive been a customer for 14+ years. Every individual and department is simply outstanding. Service, parts, clothing the best. Ive visited many dealerships and I can confidently say Maverick is the best one. I dont want to name one individual because they are all outstanding and without the full team working together there could be no one individual "super" employee. Compliments to the ownership for always keeping activities designed to keep the place entertaining and alive. The Beer is great but in the end it is the "buying experience" and service that matters the most. Ive purchased around 7 bikes from the dealership and if the buying experience and service were not good I would not buy again Dennis

First visit to this location and it was better than expected! A very pleasant young lady (Mary) helped me with a new helmet purchase and some other items, then she held my items behind the counter while I browsed more. One of the PARTS guys helped me locate a hard to find item, but only after he looked through several catalogs. I later bumped into Joseph and he spent a considerable amount of time swapping bike stories with me. All in all, this is not the closest location to me, but I will gladly make the drive to Maverick H-D whenever I need service or add to my collection of H-D gear. Im a new Harley owner, but you wont know it by the way I was treated in this place!

Take my bike in for rear brakes. Was told I would have to leave it overnight, no problem. Next day I was told it would be another 4 or 5 days as they had to order parts. 5 days later I had to call to get an update and was told it was be fixed now. 1 hour later I was told the caliper rebuild kit was missing a spring and they had to order one. A total of 12 days later I finally get my bike back. A few days later I notice that the rear brake light is not working (was working when I took it in for rear brake repair). I am then given an estimate of about another 75 dollars to fix something that was broken while it was in the shop for repairs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
