It is important to remember that Reviews are written from the reviewers perspective and one sided; there are always two sides to every human interaction. People want what they want and complain when they dont get it or if the interaction doesnt go their way. I have been a customer of Arlington Motorsports for many years; even back when they were Arlington Yamaha. Everyone of the staff at the dealership LIVES motorcycles; all types (cruisers, sportbikes, dirtbikes, watercraft). They "know their stuff" about bikes. When they talk about motorcycles, they speak from many decades of collective and varied experience. All of the staff has been pleasant and helpful to me. They have been patient to take the time to answer my questions when I go to research my next bike purchase and offered advise on selections of clothing and accessories. Over the years I have bought helmets, motorcycle gear, parts and accessories. I have no complaints. The only reason I have not bought a bike from them is because Yamaha and Suzuki does not offer what I am wanting/needing; I have mostly owned and ridden Honda and Kawasaki. If Yamaha and Suzuki made the bike I would like to buy, I would most definitely buy and service my bike at Arlington Motorsports. These people have a passion for motorcycles and care about the sport. I recently observed the outstanding customer service and extra effort Arlington Motorsports shows to its customers. A customer came in just at closing on a Saturday evening and proceeded to buy 3 Yamaha dirt bikes. One for Dad, a smaller one for son #1 and a smaller one for son #2. The staff stayed well over an hour past closing to see this customer purchase his bikes, have them prepped, test ridden and loaded on his truck. All so a local family will enjoy the love of motorcycling.

WARNING: When dealing with this dealership - Make sure you get everything in writing FIRST. I read some posts about the same thing (You can Google it yourself and read what others say) - But, finally experienced it myself. I called to get a price on REPLACING my tires on my Hayabusa. The manager told me that it would be around 50-55 dollars if the tires were on my bike. I bought my OWN tires off the internet and took the FRONT one for them to put on. It cost me $88 (Yes thats EIGHTY EIGHT dollars to replace a front tire!!!). I called 4 other dealerships - And, they laughed at what I was charged. They all said their price was 40-50 dollars for the EXACT same thing. Plus, I needed a battery - They WANTED to charge me $139.00 for a battery that costs $70 ONLINE. Thats a 100% MARKUP.... (However, the manager was kind-enough to take $39 off making it an even 100 dollars - WOW!). Also be WARNED - That their HOURLY SHOP RATE IS $110.00 PER HOUR. THE HIGHEST IN D/FW. All others are around $80 per hour.... They use the excuss that their techs are licensed in both Yamaha AND Suzuki. WHO CARES - I Have a SUZUKI - Not a Yamaha - Why should I pay more? Plus, other D/FW dealers have techs licensed in 2 brands (i.e. Honda & Kawasaki, etc...) - And, thye DO NOT charge $110 per HOUR....... BE WARNED. So, to recap - For them to change my front tire (I SUPPLIED the NEW front tire) - And, to put in a new battery - Cost me $231.00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (And remember that was with the $39 they already took off......) My business will go ELSEWHERE for EVERYTHING. Be warned - Parts are 50% higher than ordering them online with FREE shipping and NO tax. Buy your own parts if you use this dealership - And, make sure you can blow $110.00 PER HOUR for the work....

This was by far the worse experience of customer service i have ever dealt with in my life. I drove over 140 miles to visit this location just to get talked down to like i was a child and treated like a punk. The fact that i was a disabled guy walking into this Arlington Texas ATV dealership "Arlington Motorsports" Does not mean i am a stupid person. When your so called head sales rep tells someone who was there to make a deal that day not needing financing"ME" "HE DOESNT NEED TO SALE THEIR UNITS BECAUSE THEY ARE ALREADY PAID FOR NOR DID HE CARE IF IT SET ON THE FLOOR OR NOT". The fact that i was discriminated against by one of your sales rep, really showed me how this company feels they are so much better then the average guy. Here is a tip, When a disabled person comes in looking to buy a unit from you dont look him in the eye and say "i love how YOU PEOPLE think you know retail." I simply stated i am here to make a deal today what kind of deals do you have going on or what can you do for me and i know how retail works so make it a realistic deal, As IN DONT UP CHARGE ME ON things i dont need. By far the worse dealer i have ever set foot in and I will be sure to never go back, But i can guarantee my lawyer will be in contact with them very quickly.

One of the best experiences ever on buying from a motorsport dealer. I actually drove past two other dealers to get there because I felt that the phone call to my salesman went much better than the rest. I felt like they gave me straight talk and was not trying to hit a home run. The product knowledge was top notch and they took the time to assess my needs and sold me on the value of getting a more well we equipped PWC than I actually went in there to purchase. I read one poor previous poor review and was a little concerned until I realized the person leaving the review was not even referring to the place in Arlington Texas but Arlington Virginia. Either way my personal experience was pleasant from my initial call through the selection process, financing, service make ready as well as knowledge transfer on the ins and outs of the Ski. They even took the time to make sure I knew the best way to install the cover which meant putting it on and taking it of several times. Plus the thing is just a blast to ride. Thank you again. First, 99% of these five star reviews are FAKE. Click on the user name and you will see they have only ONE review, the one you see here. Not one single user has done any other reviews except the one for this place. Not one. Really? What are the chances of that? Places like this have employees create FAKE profiles and write FAKE reviews to prop up their ratings. I came in 5/25 looking for a second bike. The salesman at the desk closest to the front door completely ignored me. He just sat there texting or playing with his phone. I sat on a few bikes. He saw me. I even asked him a question about one they had on sale. He gave me quick non-answer, near looked at me, then went back to playing on his phone... So I wandered to the back to look at helmets. The young lady back there was very nice and answered all my questions. I left and bought a bike elsewhere.

NOTHING BAD TO SAY AT ALL!! Went into the dealership with specific parameters for the salesman (Dustin is his name - TOP NOTCH) to meet and they were met with no issue at all. Other dealers wouldnt even bother to talk to me after giving them the same set. I even got WAY more bike than I had in mind with the parameters I set for him and it cost me less than what I was planning on spending. Then comes the dreaded finance aspect of the process. Most people have nightmares about that part. NOT ME! Jill, the finance manager, was superb! When a finance manager tells the banks that what they say/offer isnt good enough for everyone involved, which makes me KNOW that they are in my corner! I would recommend that anyone and everyone to go to this location and deal with Dustin and Jill for everything they need!!!
