Great service! Couldnt have been a better experience. I was installing new fork seals and didnt have all the right tools and didnt really want to purchase a fork seal driver for $50 that I would only use a handful of times. I wanted to see what they would charge to drive the seals in for me so I called the shop on a Sunday, but they were closed and the owner provided his personal cell phone in the voice mail message. I called his cell # and he immediately returned my call. He told me to come in the next week and he would drive in the seals for no charge since I had everything assembled and ready for the seals to be installed. When I came in to pick them up he had been busy and hadnt gotten to them yet, so he invited me to go to the shop behind the show room and give him a hand to install the seals. Within minutes the seals were driven in and ready to go. I tried to pay him something for his help, but he wouldnt take anything. He just told me to bring in some business next time I needed something. You couldnt find a more friendly and personal experience than this and I didnt even pay for his work! Ill definitely be back when I need service work on my bike or need parts or accessories as he has a descent selection of riding apparel as well.

I got my bike worked on about a year ago. It was a pricey set of upgrades for my bike, one of which being the suspension. This is my first bike and I had nothing to compare it to. I got it back and it rode OK. After a year of riding on it, I went to the suspension guy for a lot of the CMRA riders and he told me it was the worst he had ever seen a bike. The components were all the good ones that I bought, but they were sloppily thrown together. When he opened them up, the top shot off, like its not supposed to do. There were also metal shards in the fork oil. Also, I went there to buy tires and they were almost twice what other competitive bike shops sell them and a lot more to put the tires on. My advice: these people might be OK for oil changes, but dont waste the time or money here on anything serious. Find someone with references and who is credible. Your bike and life is worth it.

The new owner Scotty is great and very knowledgeable. Took a wheel and tire in for mounting just before closing time and they didnt have a problem doing it right then and there. Not to mention undercut the competition by a few bucks. Brought the other tire in the next morning for the same great price and service. Only been under new management a few months, but I can see they will do well. Sure you can always go to a big dealer and get longer hours and a good percentage of the parts will be in stock, but small businesses make this country run and ones like this are nice to find.

Bikers Bay = friendly smile, great customer service, and excellent work. I took in my Motorcycle for an oil change and tune up, and they were affordable. The gentleman answered all of my questions, and were very cordial. We will definitely be back for any future maintenance and/or repairs. Note: they no longer do safety inspections since Simonize car wash (across the street from them) does them for $7. Also, they accept cash or check for oil changes. Overall, great service, fair price, and great guys!

Scotty is great. Laid back, how can I help you kind of guy. I was in a bind to make a ride on Saturday. It was 245 on Friday and I had an internal issue with my bike. Dropped it off, got a call 2 hrs. later it was ready. Great service, fair price, and friendly guy....what else can you really ask for? I will be back for sure!

I had work done in mesa, az and they almost caused me to crash. they replaced rear tire spokes and did not correctly tune and torgue the spokes. They looked the other way when I showed up to their door with the news. They said my warrenty of 500 miles was up, so sorry. They are dangerous. do not use them.

No stars should be an option! Dented my tank, chipped and poorly repaired it. Took 2 weeks for a tire, an interval service and they returned it with the breaks still questionable. They did give me a 10% discount for my trouble! gee thanks. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

The owner is incredibly knowledgeable Work on an oil change and spark plugs change tires is typically quicker than a dealership all the other things are done at a pace as to be done thoroughly and properly and your stuffs done right
