I was on the way home with a buddy on a trip from Texas to and Thur Colorado. My check engine light and coolant light came on for the third time on the way home. I pulled over and called American Eagle Harley and explained to Val (in service) my situation. Val told me that they were extremely busy but, make it there and they would take a look at it for me. We got to the dealership and Val and a service tech by the name of Kelly tested my bike and found that the water pump was the problem. They found that they had a water pump in stock and they said not to worry they would take care if it. Val check me out a loner bike and told me and my buddy Beau to go to breakfast. We went down the street to eat and when we came out and started the bikes, beaus bike made a nasty sound in the lower end and shut down. Looking at it, we noticed oil coming out of the lower front of the engine. Once again I made a call to American Eagle Harley and told Val we needed HELP! Val informed me that Kelly the tech working on my bike was taking it on a test ride and that he would come by and check Beaus bike out. Kelly came by and found that the stater wire had been pulled back through into the case Once again I called Val at the dealership, and help was on the way. Val showed up with a truck and trailer and back to the dealership we went. Once there they tore Beaus bike down and found that the lower end would have to be rebuilt. Kelly found that I also needed a back tire bad. Petty much to the coreds. These guys got me me back on my bike and Val drove Beau to a close by Best Westeren hotel on his lunch break at 5pm. Helping us all day, he never even got to lunch! Needless to say, if I ever have a problem and I am even close, I will call American Eagle Harley. I sure hope that the Owner knows the kind of people he has working for him!!! All of the staff were awesome. And as for Val, this dude is AWESOME at customer service and Kelly is the kind of Harley tech I always want working on my scooter!!!!! Thanks brothers Rick West Livingston Texas

Im not sure I will go back to this dealership. I recently bough a used bike and wanted to have it checked out and inspected to make sure everything was working properly. After dropping it off I received a call from a service advisor Aaron. She knows very little about motorcycles and has no business being a service advisor. She called and told me the issues with my bike. then became upset when I was asking question she didnt know the answers to. Second, I was going to be double charged for full service and her response was " Im just telling you our prices and what we charge, and this is the amount you owe". Needless to say I asked for a manager and ended up speaking with Landon which turned out to be a really nice knowledgeable guy and that is the only reason I would go back if I do. He agreed with me and wiped out the duplicate charge and explained there was a mis-communication somewhere between service advisors. He cut the recommended repairs bill in almost 1/2... How in the world could the service advisor be that far off? Now back to Aaron, before I asked for the manager she informed me my current tab was $498.00 if they stopped working on it at that moment. Yet when I spoke with Landon an hour later he said no work had been done yet and I didnt owe that amount??????? WTF? so if I just woulda walked in and picked my bike up without speaking to him I would have paid almost $500 per my service advisor even though nothing had been done. If you do go for service ask for Daniel hes down to earth laid back and seems to be a knowledgeable guy.. Stay away from Aaron shes a typical women with an attitude who wont admit when shes wrong and does not know enough to advise you on anything bike related..

Only reason Im giving it one star cause I cant give it 0!!! Sold me a bike that is evidently a P.O.S!!! Had a squeak from the wheels for 8 months took it in at least once a month they kept if for 2-3 months out of the 8 months and I have only owned it for 8 months! Proper pdi was not done cause if it was they would of found the squeak and that it was cause by it having the wrong wheels on it and that the bars where cracked in 4 different spots. And thats just the pdi they should of done when they took it in as a trade let alone the pdi that should of been done when they sold it to me! So finally "fixed" the problem by putts no wrong wheels and tires on it yet again front would wobble a bit but when I had the rear tire changed the damn bike would go into the damn death wobble anywhere above 60-65mph attorney had been contacted on all of this so has hd head quarters!! So I HIGHLY SUGGEST DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THIS PLACE!!!! Now on I wont even stop in there to take a piss!! HIGHLY UNSATISFIED

David Boyles was awesome from start to finish. Very courteous, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to work with you and makes your dream experience everything and more you thought it could be. As is Clay Yonts, who was also extremely courteous and treated you like family. Daniel Cross also went out of his way to help with anything you needed. Even with several customers, these gentleman took the time for you and never treated you as a "second" individual because they had more customers. Every staff member here is extremely friendly and helpful. Truly the best shopping/buying experience of my Life. As a Veteran I appreciate the respect they give fellow veterans as well as anyone who walks through the door or they call on the phone, even giving their home phone numbers.. I bought a new Softail Deluxe through this dealership using Chris McCollister as my salesman. Chris was extremely knowledgable and took his time to answer all my questions. Very helpful! I took the bike into the dealership a few weeks later to have some custom modifications made and was assisted by Erin Bostic in the service dept. Erin was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable in guiding me through the process, she really knows her stuff. Every single employee I have met through this dealership has been curtious, professional and will go out of their way to assist you. The owner Willy is very hands-on in running this dealership and it shows. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing and maintaining their bike. This is my fourth Harley I have purchased, first through this dealership, and by far the best expierenced.
