I have dealt with many buy-here-pay-here places. This is my first experience with a Motorcycle place. I answered an ad I found on the internet. The young man I talked to on the phone was very easy going and courteous. This encouraged me to give the place a try. I work about an hour away, and get off 1 hour before the close. I left a little early to make it there. When I arrived, I had just missed the man I talked to on the phone. The lady who was there got him on the phone. After talking to him, he turned around and came back to the shop to work on the deal. Even after hours, he let me look at the bike I wanted, let me test ride it, and answered questions about their financing terms. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Needless to say, we made the deal and I picked up the bike the next day. There was quite a bit of paperwork I needed to turn in, but I managed through it. What I am paying for it is not cheap, but that is the nature of this kind of place. The payment terms were more than reasonable. As a note, they did offer me a very reasonable cash price and an option for Lay-Away!!! After I rode away, I did not really care much...LOL They had a small variety of helmets, gloves, goggles, parts, etc.... They also offer motorcycle service. Best of all, I did not get snobbed off, or ever felt unwelcome. Will definitely do business with this place in the future.

Cycleboss motorsports is the only place I would ever buy a bike from. They offer in house financing as well as bank financing on some of the cleanest used bikes Ive ever seen! They even built a custom bike for the Arlington police department! These guys are top notch, and will put you on anything you want to ride at a fraction of the price! Ive personally been there when they have live music after hours, but its nothing like you think... The owners actually help out smaller bands by doing live music videos for a fraction of the cost! this is why people love them, they just want to help people out, because they are family oriented, no matter whose family it may be. Top notch shop boys!

My wife and I went in and were greeted by Rob Fischer within about 5 seconds of entering his shop which in my mind is how it is supposed to be. I described my wants list and Rob listened while I talked. Then he took me around his sales floor and into his shop just to give me the peace of mind that all his bikes are checked to his specs as if he were going to ride them. Had a GREAT experience with him. He is just COOL AND HONEST guy not after my money. Never once pressured me or left unanswered questions on the table. I will be going back soon for a purchase. Even though its a pretty long drive from McKinney, I just think its well worth it.

Every exchange Ive had with them thus far has been pleasant, which is no surprise. I bought a bike from them, and when I ran into problems they had solutions that definitely fit the budget, no matter what the budget is. Despite coming in each time Ive had an issue and being upset about whatever the problem was, Rob and the folks at Cycle Boss have always been patient and friendly when dealing with me. They truly do earn their business. I look forward to dealing with them the next time I need my bike looked at.

I just bought a used Honda Magna here last week and was very happy with the service. The sales staff were all very nice, and the salesman(Rob) helped me decide between a couple bikes. He was very upfront about small dings and dents that I didnt even notice until he pointed them out. They also let us watch while they changed the oil. I would buy another bike from these guys.

Rude and inconsiderate. We stay at the nearby RV park on occasion and they think they have to blare music until the police are called. Cant the so called band find a real venue to play at?
