Me and my roommate brought in a bike for a simple back tire change. We were told that it would be done in an hour and a half, so we go have lunch, come back, park and wait in the car. At the 2 hour mark, we start to wonder whats going on, and why we werent at least contacted after the estimated time of completion had passed. We walked into the service area and saw the bike completely untouched after 2 hours. Turns out they had sold a couple bikes after we got there and put the point of sale service of those bikes ahead of the bike we had already brought in. I get it, they spent a lot more money than us so they get priority, but we should have at least been informed of the new circumstances instead wasting our time. Something we were told shouldve taken 2 hours at most ended up taking almost 5. They didnt even think to offer a discount to make amends when we finally completed the transaction, and when we left we found the bike in the back lot completely unattended with the keys in the ignition and no one had informed us it was ready. While the management was extremely apologetic verbally, their actions did not align with their words. Talk is cheap and time is money. Buy a bike here if you want but DO NOT bring one in for service.

I had new tires put on loose wheels. I told them to be gentle because the wheels were painted and not powder coated. I was assured it was no problem because the technician had been doing it a long time. When I got the wheels, half of the rim on one side of the rear tire was scraped down to the metal. I was also told it would cost around $100. It cost $122. I figured it had to do with taxes and such. But on the bill, on the second page there is a charge for "shop supplies"- $14.26. Shop supplies? What freaking shop supplies did they use to change my tires that cost $14.26? Why would I be charged for them? They charged me for labor, tire disposal and valve stems, all reasonable, but shop supplies? What did they do squirt windex on the rims and charged me $3 a squirt. Did the air used to inflate them cost by the pound? So, I wont be going back. Ill find a shop that only charges me for parts and labor and throws in the air for free.

My experience, even if just walking by someone, with everyone in the building (Sales, Parts, and Service) was absolute 5 star service. Everyone there had a sincere smile. Even the other service customers were polite. My primary experience was with the service team. Dang. These guys are good. Shane, Bruce, and Dave are all good people. Thank yall so much for the excellent experience. Ill be coming to yall for all of my motorcycle work. Thanks! If youre still reading this, then you obviously know that I was impressed with D&S. This is my first google review, but work with D&S and youll understand why I took a minute to put this out there for yall. Adios.

D & S truly does suck. I bought my first zx10 from them. I had a transmission issue that was covered under extended warranty well long story short 3 months and multiple excuses later I got my bike back and it was doing the same thing. I took it to Kawasaki city they repaired it within a month. I bought my second bike from Kawasaki city and I will be buying my next bike from Kawasaki city as well. D and S is horrible. I will never go back to D and S ever again. I live in Arlington and I drive 35 miles out of the way jus to get parts to keep from going to them. I also tell everyone in the MC world I can about how horrible those guys are!!!

Im a 15+year customer of D&S Honda/Kawasaki. The heritage speaks for itself and I appreciate a family owned/managed business. Im greeted with a handshake and a smile every time I walk in the door. Sales and Service are outstanding with competitive pricing and superior customer service. Many times Ive shown up 5:30 on a friday evening with a flat and theyve always serviced my bikes even if it means staying past closing. Financing and sales (Ive purchased over 20 bikes from them) have always been competitive and communication skills are second to none. Outstanding dealership and highly recommended.

Bike arrived as planed. We are 100% satisfied. Have already left you good feedback. Your shipping rep. was very customer friendly & professional. We both appreciate your extra effort to satisfy your customer. This is hard to find today. You were most professional. May ride over some Saturday to see your dealership. I like to remember where this kind if service can be found. You need us for a reference to help on closing a deal with any nervous customers, you have them call us. Thanks, thanks & again thanks.

Well I only have 400 miles on the new bike, but so far it is really good. The comfort, power and handling are great. The only thing that I would like to mention is the wind buffeting from the stock windshield. It would have been nice if they had put a little flare on the windshield to kick the air up a little, it caught me right in the face. The 12" windshield kit from Kawasaki is perfect for me. I am 6 tall and it let me still look over the top and still kept the wind off of me.

Bad Experience. I brought my Honda Ruckus in to get serviced. I was originally quoted $250. When I came to pick up my Honda the invoice was for $520. They charged for 3 hours for a carb clean,1 hour to put in a new battery. They were not willing to work with me on the price and told me that because the quote was not it writing, there is no proof that I was quoted that amount. I feel like they were dishonest and I will not do business with them again.

Wow... I called to get a quote on an oil change and state inspection for my bike, and as a result, I will not be going there. The service rep. was rude and unable to politely communicate. Also, he said he would make an appointment for me, but then didnt ask for my name, and when I asked how he would reserve my spot, he said "Dont worry about it buddy". Really? Poor service. (and not getting my money)

I have had my Ninja 600, Vulcan 1500 and my Goldwing 1800 all serviced at this location. I have never had any issues concerning repairs or modifications going back 10+ years. I leave knowing that the bike will run perfectly and all billed work was performed as listed. It is very hard to find a great service department you can trust. You cannot go wrong with D&S Kawasaki service.

i recently bought a new 2010 honda cbr600 from robert. I have to say i had an excellent time there, and since having purchased it they have called me to make sure everthing is working out ok and im happy with the bike. I highly recommend robert if youre wanting to talk with someone who will take care of you if youre shopping for a bike.

Best bike shop ever. So glad I bought my bike here. The staff is knowledgeable and care about getting you a bike that fits your needs. Shane in service is awesome. They dont just sell you the bike and take your money, Like others do. Theyre there for you in all aspects of owning and maintaining your bike and gear, helmets, etc.
