If you could give a place 0 stars... they deserve it. I dont see how they are in business and have such a great rating here. There is absolutely no communication with their customers, and they dont seem to care. We dropped our boat off for repairs on April 11th. We were told they would take a look, and call us with an update. NINE days after dropping of our boat we called to see the status, because no one had contacted us. They told us what they recommended for repairs, and we told them to go ahead and do the work. They said they had to order parts, and it would take 3 days for the parts to come in. That was great; we were totally fine with waiting a few more days; and assumed things would be fine going forward. ONE WEEK later, we had not received an update, so we called once again. They gave us the same story on the work they recommended, and said they would need to order parts and it would be three days. We said weve already been through this with someone--we told you to do the work and order the parts a week ago. They apologized, and said they would order the parts this time. Five days later, we called to check the status and were told they just ordered the parts yesterday, and it would take three days for the parts to come in! This is absolutely ridiculous. Theres obviously a major lack of communication among the employees, which is incredibly frustrating to customers.

They knowingly sell defective, broken products. We bought a BRAND NEW, OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR motorcycle from Freedom Powersports in Lewisville on a Friday evening .It took them much longer than it should have to "charge" the battery, and then it was to "drill out the jets" and then it was something about atmospheric pressure and temperature...yeah, yeah.... it was a half and hour AFTER closing time before they could even bring it around to load it up, (we got there at 4pm)..... So get we get it home and surprise, surprise it will not stay running, but the employees were long gone for the day (they had already taken off their uniform shirts before we even left). By the next morning it wouldnt even start. We went back the next morning wanting to return /exchange the motorcycle because it was clearly a lemon. Management refused to exchange or refund our purchase, saying it was an easy fix they have to do all the time because Yamaha doesnt adjust the motorcycles correctly for Texas and there was no reason to suspect there is something seriously wrong with the (now non-running) motorcycle. I ask, if it was so easy, why couldnt they fix it properly the night before? Why send us home in the first place with a brand new motorcycle the techs already knew wasnt working properly. I just wanted my money back after it was clear the motorcycle was a lemon. They refuse.

Every time I try to bring in my R6 for service they seem to be overwhelmed and short staffed. So I call ahead and they say oh yeah bring it on in, you dont need an appointment. I get there oh we cant get anything done today were slammed, when you called it wasnt busy. So finally I make a third trip up there, just going to drop the bike off and leave it. For an oil change, coolant flush and an air filter. I dropped it off on a Tuesday at 9am, they told me it would be done the next morning. Thursday mid day comes around and I call to check on it before going up there. They havent even touched the bike, and they said the parts they ordered came in too late the night before. So I asked when will it be done, he tells me theyre overwhelmed with work currently and extremely understaffed. Not my problem?!?! If you cant handle the work load then quit taking on more work!! He told me he would do his best to have it done sometime Saturday, which doesnt help me because I cant get it Saturday. What an inconvenience and workout it is to get simple service done at this place. I will be returning to Cycle Center of Denton for all my repairs without a doubt.

This is hands down the best dealership Ive every experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. James runs a first class operation. He and his staff are committed to first class customer service. Samantha "Sam" is a very knowledgeable and competent saleswoman and makes your experience hassle free. She understands the needs of her clients to make sure they buy the right product. She always follows up after the sale to make sure there are no problems or questions. If she doesnt know the answer, She will find out and get back to you promptly. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new motor vehicle or watercraft. Chris is the best service manager Ive every encountered. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the service department. He gives his customers a personal touch not encountered very often in metroplex service departments. Ne never over promises. His repairs are always done right the first time and completed on time. The entire staff at Freedom is committed to giving you a first class experience that will definitely keep you coming back.

Fantastic experience! -Found Freedom Powersports through their website, which makes it easy to find the dealer near you -Excellent online help/ chat -Culture of people who love power-sports themselves is evident -Excellent salesman, Lyle McVay. I had been at other dealers and found salesmen not seemingly very motivated -My salesman spent 4 hours with me and my family over 2 visits answering questions and talking about options -Good introduction to service department for maintenance scheduling and warranty -Excellent/smooth sales closing - there was nothing I slipped in, and the finance department really did well finding me a good loan w a great rate -Made a great referral for me on trailer purchase -Delivered my machine to me when I was unable to pick it up Had a great weekend with the new machine last 3 days. I would say of all the things Ive purchased, this one is in the top 1 or 2, both because of the experience of the sale, but in simply how pleased I am with the products performance. I originally called just to check prices but Collin was so helpful and informative I decided to order my tires and have my work done there. I was okay waiting a week for tires, it happens. Once my tires arrived I called and made an apt for Thurs, was told the earlier in the day the better. So I dropped off my bike 10a Thurs, just needing 2 tires mounted and an oil change. I was told to pick it up next Wed... Longer than Id like to wait for my only vehicle but OK. Come Wed I call and am told "A tech called out, no one has looked at your bike, should be done Thurs." So I call Thursday, "Theres 4 units ahead of you, check tomorrow"... When I dropped my bike off I was the only person on the service board. Their website states " oil changes and tire mounting can often be done in 30-60 minutes while you wait"..... I understand its riding season but 8 days later and still waiting? I will go out of my way to avoid this shop next time.
