My Honda VTX 1800 had been sitting for two years. It only has 1,485 miles on it when I parked it, but the lousy fuel they sell today had caused the injectors and fuel pump to clog up. I first took it to DFW Honda for an estimate to get it running again. DFW Honda charged me $100 to tell me it was going to cost $4,100 more to make it run. $4,100? SERIOUSLY? I was born at night, but not last night. I suppose they appeal to people who have a lot of money and no concept of value. They wanted to lift up the gas cap and drive a new one under it. In short, Ill NEVER go back to DFW Honda. I did some more research on line and found Trent at A Bikers Garage. They had good reviews, so I thought I would take a chance. Glad I did. In short, Trent treated me very fairly. For less than $1,000 they were able to get it running well, and return it to me in excellent condition. If I have any other issues with it, Ill go back to A Bikers Garage.

Took my 06 VTX 1800 here to get my heat shield welder because it was vibrating. They put a nice weld on it and sent me packing. I was maybe .2 miles down the road and i still heard it. I called a day later told them and the gent on the phone told me that i probably need to buy a new heat shield. I took it to another shop to get a 2nd opinion and found out that the heat shield was not the problem to begin with. The pipes were to close to the brake and were rattling and making that noise. So after paying a shop in dallas 75% less to fix this problem, it went away. So No I feel that they took complete advantage of me and I would not recommend this place. Update: 5.23.13 - The rattling came back even after the 2nd shop... turns out it was the baffles inside the pipes....regardless... what should have been tightening a screw turned out to cost me a pretty penny at a bikers garage!

I recently had my Harley Ultra Classic in for an oil change, inspection, and a look at my Power Commander for possible readjustment. After dropping off and having a bite at one of many restaurants within walking distance, they had my bike ready within an hour of my return. What impressed me was I had them adjust the Power Commander from last year and although the settings had not changed, they checked and made an adjustment & tightened any suspect exhaust areas. They did that part at no cost since I had them adjust it once before....that was very considerate of them. Their pricing has always been reasonable & the staff actually listens to find a way to help you. Their showroom is clean with facilities to make your wait enjoyable. I remain a loyal fan & customer of ABG!

They had my bike for nearly two weeks. I needed pipes, speakers, sissy bar and bags installed. After all this time, they tell me they are not comfortable drilling holes to install the sissy bar and bags. So, two weeks for pipes and some speakers. I was promised a weed and that gradually changed day after day. Then, I went in to get my bike. I was a bid mad of course. But, the mechanic threatened to bash my head in with a pipe and f my bike up for speaking my concerns. AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Theres a much better shop down 377 near Denton. They wont threatene to kill you. Police action pending... What a distasterous shop!

I went in today 10/20/2015 needing a specific cable for my 03 honda shadow ACE. The guy behind the counter was eager to assist even though his computers were still booting up. I was amazed at the great price they had for it as a few other bike parts stores wanted more than double what A Bikers Garage quoted, and they were able to get it delivered in today also. You guys have won my support and i look forward to working with yall again in the future of my accessory and parts needs! Mike (Sasquatch) W.

I’ve dealt with ABG for several years now and I’ve had some instances where I did not get as much as I expected. On the up side I’ve received more than expected in service, price and advice in other situations. So it really depends on attitude. Trent has always been helpful in giving me a brake on prices and gone beyond service to help me get back on the road. My recommendation is ABG to almost everyone. Fair prices, excellent service and common sense!

This is the 2nd time I have visited this store and stood around 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I figured the 1st time must have been a fluke so I gave it another shot. I rode on in with several guys standing by the garage and walked into the store and stood by the counter hoping someone would help me. Nobody ever came out so I left. Took my business to another shop and was helped as soon as I walked in the door.

Great family owned/operated business. These people are honest and know what they are doing! They fixed a few issues that Eagle Harley couldnt. Mike, the owner, treated me with so much respect and explained fully what the issues were with my Harley. My only suggestion is to leave some gas in my tank. I was half full when I dropped it and empty when I picked it up. Barely made it to the gas station.

I brought my 1st bike into the garage for an oil change. The staff was very helpful and informative. They tightened my chain at no extra charge and educated me on many aspects of my bike without making me feel like an idiot. Id highly recommend this establishment to newbies and experienced riders alike. They are affordable and go over and above. Excellent customer service!

I am so glad I found Bikers Garage. I found them to be true professionals, they listen to what I wanted and didnt take advantage of me when they very well could have. in fact they were several hundred dollars below their original estimate. the work was flawless and I am more than pleased with all aspects of the work performed and the service that I received.

Was traveling through the area and needed some much necessary repair to get back on the road. The crew was extrememly courteous and professional. That was just a plus since they were able to get me in and out and back on the road. Appreciate a wonderful motorcycle shop. Would give more stars but 5 is all they allow. Thanks again guys.

Everyone at Bikers Garage is so helpful. They gave me great suggestions, at a very fair price, to make my bike be more visible when riding. I had an issue with a tire and they took care of it right away, so we were still able to enjoy our ride that day. I will go back to them for any issue I have with my bike because I can trust them.
