Posted on behalf of my husband, John Weich: From the moment I first contacted Eurosport Cycle to inquire about the 2013 Storm you had listed online, all the way to the completion of break in service, my experience with every department has been truly outstanding. I was absolutely blown away after working with EC’s team to get my Storm customized. I changed my mind a few times about which items I wanted, including the addition of some cosmetic changes, yet through every twist and turn, EC’s Parts and Service team were very accommodating and supportive. What truly left an impression on me was that I could really sense their passion for enabling the customer to get his bike “just right” at their shop. It was clear that everyone had a sense of ownership of the total customer experience. Having purchased motorcycles at several dealerships in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I speak with experience when I say that Eurosport Cycle truly stands head and shoulders above all others! After completing the customization of the Storm, there was no doubt in my mind as to where I should go to buy the 2014 Commander. Once again, I had a remarkable experience from purchase to completion of break in. As my accessories were being fitted yesterday, one of the other technicians took the time to point out a few scuffs in the clear coat of my rear fender, and he buffed them out for me while the dresser bars were being mounted. I have never experienced this level of service! It is nothing short of amazing! All the technicians made sure I was pleased with the fitment of the accessories, and again I could really sense their passion for providing excellent customer service. I would also have to say that with the level of support I received, I felt more like I was visiting good friends than being “handled” as a customer.

You just cant find friendlier, more knowledgeable people when it comes to the vast array of European two-wheelers. I purchased a Triumph Rocket III Classic from this family owned business in 2008 after they beat the price of every other dealer Id been to, and due to that pleasant experience and the wonderful care they have given me and my beloved Rocket ever since I made sure they were my first stop while I was shopping for a sport tourer to add to my stable. Last week I bought a used 2011 Moto Guzzi Norge through them. Martha and Tony gave me some extremely valuable insight into the bike, both specific to that individual bike and for the make and model as well. The purchase experience was efficient, zero haggling, and about as much fun as anyone can have when parting with thousands of dollars for a motorcycle. I got a great deal thanks to them. The folks at Eurosport Cycle dont just sell bikes, they have created a community of motorcyclists through their constant events and community services. When you do business with Eurosport Cycle, you get benefits above and beyond the item or service you purchase. You get a wealth of freely shared knowledge and tips from people who ride the bikes they sell, and who have tremendous experience from the inner mechanical workings of a bike to the performance and skills necessary for highway, twistys, and race track. And you get freindship if you simply stay in touch with them. They have happily put up with me popping in every few weeks just to browse the bikes and gear without making a purchase most times between these two motorcycle purchases in 2008 and last week. Even long haired, black-leather bikers like me are more than welcome at Eurosport Cycle.

Tony and the gang are a solid, customer-centered group of folks. I purchased a 2014 Street Triple R from Eurosport Cycle and am pleased to say I feel I was treated fairly throughout the whole process. Negotiating a fair trade-in price for my old bike and setting up a deal on the Street Triple was a snap. In the months that have followed I have called the dealership with bike care questions that are not answered in the owners manual and have been given top-notch advice. Not only do I get to take pride in taking care of my own bike, I get to do it without dealing with chicanery like, "Only Triumph products are safe to use on your bike. Buy from us." I have never had to deal with those tactics, and I whole-heartedly expect that I never will. If exotic bikes are your flavor of choice, do not settle until you have given these fine folks a chance to get you the bike you have been wanting. Eurosport Cycle provided me with confidence to pursue my passion and enabled me to experience the kind of freedom that seldom disappoints. They just happened to sell me a motorcycle in the process.

Not only is this the best dealership I have come across, This is possibly the best business I have come across. They are what any company should be, Fair, Honest, Competitive, Knowledgable, Kind, friendly,Smart and Accommodating. Each quality I have listed here, they are the best in….PERIOD. I purchased my Rocket 3 Roadster from them and the OWNER HIMSELF makes it a point to hand me the keys and go over all the features and controls on the bike…. This man is very knowledgable about ALL MOTORCYCLES!!!. I took it to get the 500 mile break in service done, and he was even in the back Helping service my Bike!!! I feel terrible for not remembering the womans name behind the counter because she is one of the sweetest girls around but So is Martha who also works there. They are all Very Honest people and even though Im just another customer, I feel a since of pride when I speak to someone about them because I feel as though I have discovered the ONE GEM in a mountain of worthless rubble. Thanks guys! James Randall Waco Texas

Just want to give a huge thank you to Tony, Kandi, Laura, and Martha for taking of me and my wife Rachel. Last Saturday we brought Rachels Ducati monster 696 for a timing belt change. While it was in the shop the guys found a leaking seal at the back of the fuel tank that needed to be fixed too. I has happily surprised that our bill was still under $300 for the repairs. I checked to make sure the fuel tank repair was on the invoice because I thought we owed them more. We also enjoyed getting to test ride a new Triumph Thruxton R and Ducati Scrambler while we were there. Great bikes by the way if anyone reading this is looking for a new ride. And give Kandi a raise for being a super helpful chick with a can-do attitude. She knows her stuff, one minute shes looking up parts and the next shes outside barefoot washing a bike for a customer to pickup. Thats awesomeness in my book. Thanks again to everyone at Eurosport!

The service at Eurosport Cycle is outstanding. Im ashamed that I dont know everyones name, but they all deserve a huge "Thank You" for the work they do. Tony and the gang truly go out of their way to accommodate requests and ensure youre good to go. Its not uncommon to find a few extra bits and bobs have been attended to after service visits. For example, the oil galley plug on my 2014 Street Triple was a little loose, resulting in oil spatter on my exhaust. They replaced the plug and sealed it, which was expected. I was thrilled to find the technician had tightened my sump bolts and cleaned the outer sump at no extra charge. It really doesnt get any better than that, folks. Ive experienced this generosity on more than one occasion. Thats how dedicated they are to the customer. If youre considering buying a bike or scheduling maintenance, dont go anywhere until youve spoken with Eurosport Cycle.
