Huge showroom, friendly staff, new owners, new name. I stopped at Twister City HD because I "needed" a t-shirt with Twister City on it. I dont live near Wichita but had stopped here once before and was not super impressed with the staff. The last time I stopped here, no one seemed to want to help. With the new name, they mustve done something different, because the girl in the clothing dept was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. I wasnt looking for another bike, but they seemed to have a good selection to choose from. They have a huge showroom and had more bikes outside.

What a difference from the last owners! No longer smug, self absorbed, standoffish and rude, the new owner has brought helpfulness, pleasantness and professionalism. What an improvement! The building was always impressive but now the people seem to match the effort put into the appearance. Big selection of Harleys and Harley stuff, sufficient staff to actually handle a place of this size. Julie at the information hub made all the difference! Knowledgeable, pleasant & helpful, thanks Julie, Ill definitely be back!

As an owner of 3 Harley Davidsons my trip to Twister City Harley in Park City was not a good one. I witnessed everyone around me being spoken too and greeted, but for me it was like I was invisible. I had to asked to be helped, and 2XL for wanted designs were non existent. I am African American and a proud American who has put his life on the line, but to be treated like this especially in a Harley Dealership was beyond me. First and last trip there.

BEWARE!!! Before you sign ANY papers read everything. The shady people in the finance department will change the numbers on paper from what you agreed on. They tried to screw me out of over $1800!!! Then when I brought this to their attention the said the price we agreed on was no longer doable. I would avoid ALL business with anything that gives these crooks a paycheck.

Took my bike in to have a problem fixed got it back with more problems then when it went in. They fixed the new problem without charging me. But when we were ready to leave there were actually wires sticking out from under the seat, and the seat screwed down tight pinching them. They again fixed the problem. I feel they should check their work over better.

Nice showroom with a lot of merchandise. I was looking at the t-shirts and asked the salesperson for one made in the U.S.A and was told that none of twister city shirts are made in the U.S.A.. I would like to see more products in the store made in the U.S.A than their bikes.

Stealership, Ill stick to the small town dealers (non-conglomerate) that dont charge two arms and a leg for maintenance. They charge $130 more for a rear tire and swap then my dealer back home. Good selection though, probably because they dont sell much unless its on sale.

While traveling thru on my new 2017 Limited my check engine light came on. The service people got me in and checked out. Replaced a bad O2 sensor and I was on my way. Took some time but I felt confident I would have no more problems. Good service people.

In my opinion this is the nicest Harley Davidson store in Kansas, however I own 2 Harley Davidsons and I bought them both in Salina because I cant get well what used to be Alefs to deal with me, I have been to Twister City twice and bought apparel both times.

I really like Twister City over the previous management. The staff is much friendlier and not only there to sell you a brand new motorcycle. I have visited more in the last few months than I have in the last few years. Lots of fun promos too!
