I went in with a helmet visor issue for a helmet I purchased almost a year ago. I was greeted by Frank and told him the problem. I had low expectations, figured maybe the visor might be replaced. Was I ever surprised. The helmet I brought in was replaced with an upgraded, better model, completely free of charge!!! I was blown away. Frank was awesome and went out of his way to take care of me.

Im not a person to write a review but i just wanted to express how amazing the customer service is at this place! Any time have any issue the sales staff is very helpful and friendly. Sales people are not pushy and help you find what you are looking for. prices are very reasonable and they have good sales most of the time.

Ive now been in several times for various gear needs. Every visit the staff has been friendly and helpful, with no pressure. They sell a store brand (Bilt), the items are well made, much less expensive, and carry a lifetime warranty. I definitely recommend checking it out if you need any motorcycle related items.

Came here the other day pretty much just to look. Ended up buying a few things. Shop is crowded. Its so small and the displays are so close its hard to move around. Staff was friendly at check out. Gear looked quality. All in all pretty nice spot

Great staff. Always fun to talk to and helpful. Unfortunately, Adam moved, and is no longer here, but Frank is great too! Little storefront, but packed with lots of merchandise. Their Bike Nights are always fun, and help the community.

Awesome store! Everyone was really cool! Bought a Helmet and a sena 20s and the sena wouldnt charge. Stopped by when they opened and was out within 10 min with a brand new unit! Cycle gear is my Go To store!
