This is the most professional motorcycle dealership that I have ever dealt with--and I have dealt with many over eighteen years of riding and a couple dozen bikes. My husband and I have bought six bikes from Mid-America and have been thoroughly pleased with sales, service, and administration. on each and every occasion. I went through a gnarly warranty issue with my Honda CBR 1000RR (generated by a Honda manufacturing defect) that everyone in this dealership went above and beyond what was required to handle. I cant say enough good about the owner, the service manager, the technicians, the document/finance people. Theyre knowledgeable, honest, they shoot straight--if something cant be done, they tell you. Otherwise, they do the extra things to make your bike and the service or buying experience what everyone hopes for. We didnt know anybody at this dealership before we moved here a couple years ago--but they proved themselves as real motorcycle people who love bikes, ride bikes, and know their stuff. Oh, and for the other female riders out there--they are super women-rider-friendly--no condescension there--just knowledge and friendly service. This is a family business where the couple who own it are constantly involved in the business and it shows in how well its run. I wish there were a hundred more like it in other industries!

I called and and discussed the parts I needed in a very detailed and careful manner to make absolutely sure that they were aware, and sure of the parts that I needed. I was told that ordering an entire gasket kit for my bike was the best way to go because without a doubt it would cover everything that I needed, and individually the parts I wanted would be more expensive. Cautious as I am, I still went through my list of parts and asked if each one individually would be in the kit that he recommended. He was absolutely positive it had them all, and even parts that I didnt need. When my kit got here it didnt include multiple items on my list. When I brought it back and told them the problem I had, I was told , "Awe, yeah, those kits dont come with everything in them." Upset, I had to order more parts. When those parts came in I talked to a different associate. He was nice and I appreciated that. I told him what had happened and asked if he could adjust the price on my second order to account for my feeling lied to. He did offer me 20% off, but also he told me he had heard this story before from customers. How many people has this happened to? Maybe other areas of the store are more helpful. Ordering parts was disappointing, time consuming, and a hassle.

I called the place earlier in the week to drop off my bike. When I dropped the bike off, they told me they were backed up a week and a half. I told them that it was fine and also told them what I thought was teh problem with the bike(bad stator). After 2 weeks go by without getting a call with an update, I call them for them to tell me they still havent looked at my bike. The next day I called again and they just began to look at my bike. I dont hear anything for another week. They finally call me to tell me what the problem was with the bike(bad stator), like I had informed them 3 weeks before when I dropped off the bike. They quoted me over $1000 and theyre math on all the quotes were way off. I told them just to do the safety check. They hadnt even begun an oil change or a plan to fix the bike. It took 3 weeks for them to tell me what I alreayd knew AND informed them of what was wrong with my bike. This place is terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the Wichita area, and they will certainly not earn my business ever again in the future.

I went in today to look at their motorcycles and the salesman was disrespectful and rude. He told me they refused to let any of their buyers test ride their motorcycles before purchasing them. He also went on to explain that Harley dealerships do the same unless at a demo event. I was at Rawhide Harley Davidson in Olathe last weekend and they not only let me ride one of their BRAND NEW bikes, but also let me borrow pants and a helmet since I did not have either. Alefs Harley Davidson has also offered to let me do the same, but I just havent taken them up on the offer yet. The salesman at Mid America Powersports also went on to say he had sold thousands of bikes without buyers test riding them. I dont know about everyone else, but if Im going to lay down my hard earned money on a new motorcycle, I would like to know what Im getting. I would not recommend ever stepping foot in this dealership!

These cats are the GREATEST! As one might know every bike is an excellent bike. I personally was conflicted in what I wanted because I want much. The staff treated me well and put up with me over several months. Eventually I bought an 2015 KLR 650. A bike that I enjoy immensely. Some time after that purchase I went back and procured a new 2011 KTM 350sxf which is absolutely fantastic. I got a great deal on this bike as well. As time goes on MAP continues to advise me on these bikes as how to get them exactly how I want them to suit me perfectly. I find our relationship extraordinary. Stand up organization without exception.

Horrible, worse crap customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER go back there. I went in today and the salesman was disrespectful and rude. I can not believe the horrible treatment I had there. They just want your money and If you are just looking or needing something that is not making them money they could care less they will walk straight on over to the next customer as if your a huge inconvenience to them. I would seriously love to speak to the owner of this place and have him contact me personally and have a conversation about his employees. I will not be taking my business to this lazy company ever again.

Needed a quick part on a moped that they sell new and I purchased from them only a year ago by Kymco. They said the part would take two weeks and would run 125 dollars. I asked if the brand new part could be borrowed from an unassembled bike and when the new part came in in two weeks if they could put the brand new factory part on the bike that it was borrowed from. They rudely refused. I ordered the part myself and it shipped online for 42 dollars and arrived in 2 days. Shame on you for gouging your "valued" customers and refusing to assist them when they need a favor. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE GREEDY CROOKS!!!!

They had a used bike for sale that I wanted. I was apprehensive to do a deal half way across the country, but called them to see. I spoke to Masen, and he gave me what seemed like an honest review of the motorcycle. After the some haggling, the deal was done. They added some modifications, serviced and detailed the bike for my long ride home. When I arrived at the dealership, the bike was better than I had hoped for, and everything was ready to go as promised. Ross, Cameron, and Masen were awesome! It was a great experience. Thank you Mid America Powersports!
