I paid just about $19,000 for my FIRST Harley-Davidson motorcycle from the Harley dealership in Fargo, ND. I spent a lot of money to have them install accessories to my bike. I notice the license plate bracket they installed wasnt installed properly. I had the dealership in Mandan, ND fix it (which they did for free). One of the things I had the Fargo dealership do was lower the back fender by changing the sock. They of course said they could do it (b/c they get more money from me), but forgot to mention how much it would change the ride. There is absolutely no give on the back shock. Its like I"m riding on a solid frame. I didnt realize this was wrong until I took it to the Mandan dealership. I asked them what I could do to make my bike ride better. They told me they could just adjust the shock. I call the Fargo dealership and told them there is absolutely no give on the back shock and that they didnt adjust the shock properly. The person I spoke to gave me a little attitude when I told him I shouldnt have to pay for the mistake that you guys made. He told me I could bring the bike to Fargo, so he could look at it. He wouldnt guarantee to fix it for free, so why make the trip to Fargo from Bismarck. No one wants to ride a motorcycle when you feel every bump going only 15 mph. I feel like ALL the employees are your best friend when youre in the process of buying a motorcycle and after you buy it.....well youre just not #1 anymore. I will never give the the dealership in Fargo, ND a dime of my money again!!

I have avoided Fargo HD in the past due to the pushy nature of the owner. Since the delership has changed ownership and Apols HD did not have any openings I could make I had my 10K service done at Fargo HD. I asked about my rear tire since I was at 9.6K miles and the service writer barly looked and said the tire was shot. I was going on a 1500 mile trip so I agreed to have the tire changes but I wanted the old tire. They preformed the service and installed the new tire. I noticed there was brake fluid on the front master cylinder so I ask them about it. the service writer wiped it off. No big deal but I thought if they cant do that what else is wrong. I asked about my tire. It was was sent to recycling. There was still life in it so I was going to use it on another bike until the rest of the season. so much for that idea. when I cleaned the bike they had not removed the adhesive from the old wheel weights on the rim with the new tire. I was not happy as this is a lot easier to do with the rim off. In closing I cannot recommend Fargo Harley service department. I have had good service from the parts department I will buy parts from them when needed. I will bring my bike to Apols HD for any service needs in the future. I hope this helps any one needing service.

Ive never owned a motorcycle. Came here to browse and talk to the workers there (get some information about Harleys, whats the best one for a beginner, etc). I was the only customer in the entire store, and I was completely ignored by the staff. Not even one worker approached or even looked at me. I tried filling out the review thing at their store (on their ipad stand thing), and at the end of filling it out, I was taken to an error screen, so I dont think my review there was even processed. I would recommend you avoid this store, and instead visit Legendary Motorsports on Main Ave in Fargo. They sell Triumph and Indian Motorcycles, and their customer service is THE BEST. The staff at Legendary Motorsports is very welcoming (even to a new rider like me). They take the time to explain everything, they listen to what you have to say, and genuinely care about getting you the best bike for you. In closing, avoid Harley-Davidson of Fargo, go to Legendary Motorsports instead.

I went to the dealership to take a look at a 2017 sportster forty-eight.The first time I went there I was completely ignored save one salesman, Lee. Lee was as helpful as he could be and listened to what I was looking for and talked with me for a bit. After starting to get more serious I called to try to find out how long it would take to get a black forty-eight with ABS and security in. Lee was out sick so I asked some other salesman. Apparently asking a single question means you and that salesman are now best friends even if they dont answer it. They called me to tell me they found a 2017 Forty-Eight in yellow with no ABS or security. Okay well thats unhelpful. I went to Legendary motorsports to look at the Indian Scout, they were insanely helpful and knowledgable. I ended up buying a Chief, HD Fargos loss. TL;DR if you dont want to have to sell yourself a bike dont go to Harley.

I bought a new street bob from them last year and had a bunch of custom work done to it including having a Bluetooth stereo system put on. This last spring I started having trouble with the battery staying charged and the Bluetooth stereo quit working so I went in and had it looked at. After them looking at it they came to the conclusion that the stereo was defective and replaced it for me no questions asked. Adrian the shop manager and Terry the store manager were very courteous and very helpful throughout everything and made sure that I as the customer was satisfied throughout the whole process. The service was very friendly and professional.

Being a older single woman going into a motorcycle dealership is intimidating the way it is. H-D of Fargo made me feel comfortable asking questions and answering them. Brian was my salesman and he helped me pick the bike that fit me and what I wanted in a bike. Brian and Ben helped me accessorize it with what I wanted without being pushy. I went in on a very busy Saturday and they were very patient and I never felt ignored. The girls were very nice and very helpful in the apparel dept. also.

Hi. We just bought a flhtk from HD Fargo! Pretty much bought it over phone. When we made it up to Fargo they had everything in order. The bike was just as they said it was! Maybe even better? All we had to do is take it for a test ride and sign on the line! The working staff were very helpful and professional. Thanks to all !!!

I purchased my first Harley here through Brian. He was very informative & not pushy. Anytime I have questions or need any help for my bike the boys @ Harley are always there for me. I would strongly suggest going here as its always been a positive experience. 2013 Dyna Wide Glide

Rode into town on my way home from Arctic Circle, needed fluids changed, Chris, the service manager, took my bike right in and had me going in about an hour. Really good service, and nice show room with good selection of parts and clothing. Would highly recommend this shop!
