Ive hunted for months for a steal-of-a-deal on a gen4 zx10r....these guys happened to have one. I had originally left a deposit with a dealer in ohio for a brand new 2012 non-abs model. they unfortunately got ninja 1000s and not zx10rs (someone doesnt know how to read their own inventory). Schlossmann had gotten a hold of one with 600 miles on it with ABS. I took it home for $500 (ABS alone is a $900 package) less than what the Ohio dealer had me at. There was a hickup the day I arrived to pay the balance (after 500 deposit) when i realized they didnt collect my out of state sales tax (ohio did). I asked for a last minute price drop and the sales manager had immediately took off an ADDITIONAL $200 (tax was a little over 600). the best part is, when I went to register my bike and pay my tax, they had charged taxes only on the balance and did NOT include my deposit!! next time I buy from these guys, ill leave a larger deposit ;P id recommend the 2-3 hour drive to Schlossmann over any local dealers in my area. these guys are hungry to sell

Avoid this place like the plague. My issues first started when I went to purchase the vehicle. I was trading in an old motorcycle and the salesman I was dealing with had no respect for me, even though I was giving him a sale. Very rude, short and concise with all of his answers. After this when my new motorcycle was schedule for delivery it did not show up. After calling the place they stated they had missed that order. 2 months after riding my new motorcycle around I notice my bank account was a little low. The dealership still had not outright purchased the motorcycle (my old one) from me. After getting this finally taken care of I figured I would give them one more shot. I spoke with the owner and he stated he would cut me a deal on my first service. I had the motorcycle picked up on a Friday and a simple first service (oil change and inspection) took a week and a half. If you must have yourself a BMW or Triumph, heed my warning and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Had my BMW 3 times in for repair is 6 months, of those 6 months, they had the bike for 45 days. Bike shifted god awful and was missing and slamming into gears. Every time they came back saying thats normal and BMWs on the showroom do the exact thing. After the final time bringing it in 30 days later they finally call to pick it up and gave me the exact response they gave before. After being sick of the way I was treated I took my bike up to the BMW dealership in Beaver Dam and they fix my clutch slave cylinder and fixed my issue in days. They even let me use a loaner bike, never got that by Victor at BMW Milwaukee. Highly recommend the BMW dealership in Beaver Dam if Milwaukee tells you your bikes normal when its really not. Never going back! Worth the drive to get myself and the bike treated right.

I purchased a Honda Vfr 800 interceptor from this store and the experience was phenomenal. From start to finish I had been taken care of and was allowed to test drive my bike as many times as I needed in order to make sure that this was the bike I wanted. They built me a package deal to add on gear and some accessories I wanted. Overall had a wonderful experience. Finally when it came to the paper work it was a painless experience thanks to Melissa Griffin. And now after such a wonderful experience Im bringing my father back so he can get a bike as well! Strongly recommend stopping by to check your out the wonderful inventory and talk to the staff who are more than willing to answer your questions!

Their local pre owned inventory selection is huge. Harleys, Buells, Trumiphs, Yamahas, KTMs, BMWs, Hondas, Kawasakis... You name it they probably have it currently or will get it within the month. Except those Honda Gromes, too new for people to be trading! They also have vintage bikes, counted around 20 my last visit. The owner is a collector. Their service shop looks top notch. They do inspections on all traded bikes. I will be coming here most likely for servicing my bike, Yamaha Virago, on repairs beyond my ability.

Well my fault. I said they were overpriced but after doing some research they are actually very reasonable. You dont want some hack working on your bike and their mechanics are the best around. Great sales staff and they will hook you up to demo almost any bike. Im glad they are in Milwaukee. Now Moto Union the Ducati/MV Augusta dealer is a different story

I came to them with my Thruxton in hopes of having them make some cafe racer mods for me, all aftermarket. They picked my bike up (I live an hour away), did all of the modifications, answered any questions I had, and delivered it back to me perfectly. Everyone was outstanding from pickup to delivery. Cant recommend them enough! Great work!

Purchased a bike from out of state (Texas). Had some small hiccups but the management team was quick to resolve. Got a great price on R1200GSA, would recommend looking into them if you are in the business of purchasing a new bike. Waiting just a few days longer for delivery to save some money worked out well for me.
