After not riding for over 20 years, I started checking out bikes on the web...I was looking at iMotorsports website quite a bit last year and this year I went looking for another bike...something used, not a ton of cash, and big enough to fit me, but didnt want a 1400 cc again like my old Suzuki Intruder...I found a great deal through Eric at iMotorsports this past July on a low mileage 2005 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic shaft drive (loved shaft drive since I had the Intruder)...bike had only 13000 on it, chrome motor guards, extended highway pegs, Cobra slash-cut staggered pipes, Saddlemen bags, windshield, sissy bar/rack/ passenger backrest...sweet looking and near-perfect two-tone candy red/silver paint! $3400.00 out the door! No big haggle or hours of back and forth....We settled on the deal, bike went through final prep...ready to ride in less than 90 minutes! Plus, you get lifetime discount on accessories, riding gear and parts at iMotorsports. I used the discount to get good deal on HJC helmet. If you want a decent used bike at a good price...iMotorsports has hundreds of them and they get bikes in regularly during the riding season. Now, if you are experienced with bikes and know what you are looking for and looking at...you will be able to weed out good from not so good, if not take someone with you who does , when you go to shop at iMotorsports...remember...these are USED bikes and while iMotorsports does NOT allow test-rides...they do assure you bikes run out good, their techs go through them and they give you "7 day warranty" to get bike checked out and be happy with it...and a no-hassle, no-questions asked return policy for the first 24 hours after purchase if not happy w/bike. You WILL spend some money on your scoot after the 7 day warranty is up. iMotorsports takes the bikes in, goes over the bike and assures a good running, safe bike, but like any used vehicle dealer...maintenance items are going to be the new owners deal. I put tires/tubes on it and had to have front brake rotor and pads done....at 13,000 mi. it was time for the front brakes....tires looked great at first, but they were 11 years old...time for new rubber. The 2005 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic I bought at iMotorsports is a great bike, a dream to ride and very impressive for a 650 cc cruiser! iMotorsports gets a good selection of the V-Stars as well as all makes/models.

Saw a 2012 FZ8 online so I called and spoke to Eric. Decided to put a down payment on the bike April 10, 2017 because it looked good in the pictures and Eric said it was perfect and road worthy. I also got pre approved for the bike and we decided id come in in April 12, 2017 and was supposed to just come in to sign some papers and get the keys and got the road. Today April 12, 2017 me and my wife arrived to imotorsports to pick up the bike. When we walk over to the bike we start looking at it and right away I could notice there were many modifications that were not listed on the website. There was cheap under glow hanging above the rear tire, after market headlight assembly with after market HID lights that did not work properly. The HID lights looked like they were put on by a blind man and the wires were about 12 inches to long and they did not try to hide them. Also we had to wait 20 minutes to even hear it run because the battery was completely dead. What made this experience bad wasnt the bike, it was the way the sales man treated/ talked to my wife and myself. They tried to have me sign paper work before even getting the bike in road worthy condition. Since the bike wasnt what they promised, I wanted to negotiate the price. The bike needed hundreds if not thousands to make it safe to ride. They offered $200 off and i said it wasnt good enough. Eric went and talked to his boss said sorry cant help you, have a good one. I wasted a whole day getting all the paper work they asked for together and driving 60 miles one way to see this bike. Total waste of time and they let bikes sit there for over 6 months without an inspection or any maintenance. They have a good inventory, but if you want a well maintined and inspected bike, you may want to look elsewhere. Also, they do not allow you to test drive, or sit on the bike if it is outside and running. What they offer is a 50 mile or 24 hour return policy, which wasnt going to work for us because we live 60 miles away. This is my honest opinion about trying to buy a motorcycle at imotorsports and why I am giving it 1 star. Hope this helps!

First off, I love my bike. I bought a 2005 Honda 1100 Spirit. I think the price was okay. It was about average and comparable to other sellers. It was a little bit above KBB price but Im ok with that. Getting my bike out of the shop was a little tricky. Denis was the guy that sold me the bike and told me that they are doing a 50 point inspection on it and will give me the checklist. Make sure every nook and cranny are checked and "safe" to ride once I pick it up. They initially missed the first deadline that they told me the bike was gonna be ready. So told me to pick it up the next week and so I did, but once I got there, the bike was outside and not even washed yet. I waited 15-20 mins for the service guy to wash the bike. Im thinking that 50 point inspection was a little bs. Once they finally hand me the bike, Denis went over few facts about it and handed me the keys and off I go. I was happy and excited. Until I noticed that my speedometer needle wasnt moving. I pull over and I see that the speedo cable is damaged. So much for the 50 point inspection and I never got the inspection "checklist" he promised. I called Denis two days after the pickup and I told him the issue. He immediately directed me to service associate but I figured I dont wanna deal with dropping my bike off and waiting another week or two for them to order and install a speedo cable because theyre so backed up so I hung up. Never got a call back or even a quick check up to see how my bike is doing. And they expect me to give a nice review. This is a nice and honest review. Im only giving them 2 stars for not following up with their customers, meeting deadlines and letting a customer walk out without the checklist and a broken speedometer cable. Sure my bike was used but should still get the same treatment as other products they sell.

Bought a used 2007 Suzuki Boulevard M109r in March.1 month later the clutch cable breaks. Get it fixed and when I pressed the clutch it was blowing the ignition fuse. I had to pay for another tow. They tried to blame me for the issue. Fault indicator is on after that. They fix the short but do nothing going about the FI issue. One month later the bikes differential goes out also damaging the rear end. They said 2 of the differential screws came loose. I give them the bike 2 days b4 I go on vacation. Telling them I will be gone for a week which gives them time to evaluate, price parts, and provide the warranty company with a quote. I call a week later and that wasnt even done. They wasted a week. Here we are 1 month later and I still dont have my bike back. I have lost 6 weeks of my riding season so far (and still clunting). Its like everytime they touch the bike something else happens. They have no sense of urgency or consideration that they are wasting time. All I know is i will never take my bike back there again for repairs. I would not buy a used bike from here either. Its like they dont check or inspect them. I would understand if they charged a reduced price for the bike knowing it might need something done to it but their prices are not that great. People purchase from a dealership instead of a private individual thinking that the dealership is a reputable company and it is safer. I no longer feel that way with I Motorsports.
