This is hands down the best pawn shop to take your goods to. I live in frisco and i come all the way to lewisville to their location because its just simply the best. Unlike a lot of other pawn shops they tell you the truth and they Honestly give you top dollar for your goods. I was trying to pawn my ps4 and every other pawn shop i called was trying to give me less than 100 dollars and one of the pawn shops even had the nerve to try and give me 75 dollars for it and then lied to me saying the reason why they were only doing 75 is because sony is releasing a new ps console next month which is absolutely not true. When i took it to max money they gave me 150 dollars and the service was excellent! If youre trying to pawn something and you want top dollar for it and great service i highly recommend max money pawn.

I have been a pawn shopper for the last 10 years, in Dallas and Houston, and I have to say that Shaun and Jimmy at Max Money Pawn are some of the best around. I regularly visit the store, and other national chains, and these two gentlemen make my experience pleasant every time. They know me by name, they treat all with respect, and they care about thier customers that have items on loan. I have even seen them guide people to other pawn shops because they cant buy an item at the moment because of too much inventory of that type of item or because they know a national chain can offer more. Shaun knows what I am interested in and when I walk in brings it to my attention. Thank you Shaun and Jimmy, great job on establishing a business that cares about its customers. I saw all these good reviews so i decided to stop by. The guy (white and short on the chubby side) was not welcoming to start with. No smiles just said what can i help you with. So i showed him my laptop he saw the brand googles it takes the laptop to the back and says im sorry i can give you the amount you are asking for. He didnt even check the model number or ask me about the specs. It has an i5 processor with a solid state drive 160gb. He had no knowledge about computers. He wanted to give me 50$ when in the market it is worth 350$. He didnt even ask what year was it he just called it an old model. This model looks all the same new or old so theres no way he could of know the age. Max money my a@@.

I had my eye on a guitar at Max Money Pawn that I really wanted but I was a little short on money. I brought in a few tools that I no longer needed, and Sean (Shawn??) gave me a very high trade in value for my tools, and even knocked some of the price off the guitar so I could take it home with me that day! He was very professional and courteous, as was the whole staff, and I feel like he was more than fair with pricing and the value he put on my tools. My experience at Max Money Pawn exceeded my expectations, and was far superior to any other pawn shop I have gone to. I will definitely be a repeat customer at Max Money Pawn, Lewisville Texas

I came to Dallas for work on a short term basis and was a bit short on cash from spending so much to get settled. I looked online to find a local pawn shop that could help and what stood out was the 5 stars in the review section. I decided to check them out and after I had such a great experience from the moment I called to find out what time they closed until the time I picked up my personal belongings. The guy who I spoke with when I called initially was Mario and he made me feel as if I was at home. I see why they have 5 stars. Thank you for the GREAT service, knowledge, and experience. New customer to this place. Need a quick injection of cash to cover some unexpected expenses. Unfortunately all other pawn shop was close in a Sunday, so look up online to see if there was any that was open on a Sunday. Saw Max Money Pawn, and seen that they had great reviews. So though I try this place. Was not disappointed, nice place clean and bright. Customers service was great, had my silver and gold I wanted to pawn. They gave me the money that I ask for with know hassel or anything. Walk out happy with thr deal and went on my day. Would come back for repeat business if I had to pawn something.

BEST service I have ever received at a pawn shop. My wife and I had some home theater equipment that we were trying to sell. We went to another pawn shop prior to coming here, and that place wouldnt even look into the stuff we had. When we walked into Max Money Pawn, we were immediately greeted and felt comfortable selling here because the place was so clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Sean and the owner who both took the time to look up the items that we had brought in and who offered us the best price for everything. They will definitely have our business in the future!

This place ROCKS I went to two other pawn shops Cash America and one other and they wouldnt even hardly glance at what I had to try and get a tiny loan on instead they just turned me away. I went to this pawn shop and only had to use one item out of the three I had to get all I needed. Shaun and Mario I believe were their names they were very friendly, kind, and funny. One of the for sale tags written on one of the guitars said something hilarious on it and it made the visit even easier lol. I would recommend this pawn shop over any, any day.!

The employes that work at max money pawn are fantastic! The best customer service that you could recieve. I am very pleased with with my overall experience today and got more money for what i brought in than expected. Every employee that works here are very nice and welcoming. None of them push you to buy things or try to get over on you if you are pawning or selling something. They are fair and willing to help you in anyway they can. If you need to pawn or sell something max money pawn is the place to go.

Ive been going to Max Money Pawn for about two years now & I would definitely recommend using them over any other Lewisville pawn shop. They are conveniently open seven days a week w/late evening hours on weekdays. The guys (Jimmy, Shaun, Mario & Victor) will do their best to give you the most cash possible for your item. They have even recently started paying cash for your unwanted gift cards as well. My over all experience using them has been the best so far & the guys up their are awesome workers!

Mario and the staff at Max Money Pawn were extremely nice and personable. The staff went above and beyond the expectation of customer service by not only meeting me on a sale but asking me "How I was doing" showing empathy for my financial hardship, and explaining to me the value of the product I was selling. Max Money Pawn was very refreshing compared to the past rude encounters I have had with previous pawn shops. I went into Max Money worried and left feeling a whole lot better!
