I recently was desperately look for a nice used ipad for my granddaughter, buying a brand new one was way out of my budget. I went to different pawnshops but no help as everyone was busy so I walked out in three different ones. As I am driving home I remembered Mid-Cities Pawn!! I use to buy from them years ago!! so I stop. As soon as I walk in the gentlemen had finished helping one customer as I was next. I was very happy with his customer service and the soft voice he has making my shopping very easy and answering any questions I had. (No rush on his part) this to me is very important when someone listens to you. I am sorry for the experience on the first review but closing on time at 9pm!! who wouId not be upset!! I would. I am sure the sales person wanted to go home on time as I would and everyone else. Well!! what to say but the truth!!! I was treated with great customer service by a gentleman name Lorenzo. Sold me what I was looking for and on top this the price was right as I stay on a budget. I plan on returning back to purchase another one for my daughter as Christmas is right around the corner. :) Way to go Lorenzo!! Keep up the awesome customer services in you.

Very rude and unfriendly manager in Euless. Poor excuse for public relations. Looking for a 40-60 gallon compressor and they didnt have. Also asked to talk to owner about a business overhead reduction proposition and Jimmy said Britt would be there about 11 a.m. When I called back, I was told by a nice man (James, I believe) Britt was not in and I could call back at 1 p.m. and "someone" rudely forced him to hang up in my ear. Called back and a "James" said Britt had gone to Corporate and would be back about 2 and I could call back then. When I asked if I could call him at Corporate, I overheard Jiommy say "no calls to Corporate" When I called back at about 3 and nice employee answered phone again. When I asked for Britt, I overheard Jimmy say something like gimme that phone and he hung up in my ear again. Dont know what the managers problem is (and dont care now) but I wont be back. And by the way, Britt, I WAS a paying customer there year or so ago. Not again! Feel sorry for the nice man who has to work there.

I have done business at this establishment twice and I had an overall good experience. The third time I went back it was terrible. There was a Mexican guy helping me and he was extremely rude and he yelled at me. When I calmly told him he did not have to yell at me he immediately became upset and said he no longer wants to do business with me. So I took my merchandise and left. I will be calling back up there to speak with a manager about this. This is not how you treat customers because customers pay your bills.

These people just want money. Plain and simple. I was lied to because a member of their staff wanted to purchase what my husband had in pawn. I asked that when the item went out for sale if it could be held so I could buy it out right. The manager kept saying "I need to ask my boss." I called every day for a week asking about the item. Came in today and was told it was sold. These people are liars. I would never recommend them to anyone. Dont pawn anything here, youll never get it back.

This pawn shop sucks! I went there with a laptop, apple TV, blu ray DVD player, and some DVDs. They only took the DVDs and gave me $10! I went down the street to first cash pawn and they gave me $125 for everything! This place is very picky on what they will and will not take.. Thats why they have very little in the store. Idk how they stay in business honestly. Dont ever go to this pawn shop!!! They try to rip you off!

Horrible place. Came in to get a flat screen and thought Id sell my Roku Premier. Came in and the gentleman there was extremely rude. He told me that my item was worth 25 bucks new and he got up last when I told him it was $80 new. He looked up the item in some crappie site and offered me $10. I never got to look at TVs because I walked out. Also, not once did he even look me in the eye.

These guys sell used guns higher then new, asking $600 for a used glock when you can get it new for $100 cheaper. When I called and told they Guy that he hung up on me. The store is a complete mess and looks filthy. Im honestly surprised this shop is still opened. Terrible customer service and even worse on the pricing. Avoid this shop

They really didnt want to be bothered with my little laptop but they did and I really hope they still have it Id like to buy it back but if not its cool they at least gave me a few buck for it, they did at least open my eyes to my weak security password. I really hope they still have it after the 30 day period
