I tried to sell my laptop here today and had an absolutely terrible experience. The first woman that helped me was somewhat friendly, and gladly took a look at the laptop. I said I wanted something in the $75-$80 range for it, which was completely reasonable considering that it was only a couple of years old. However, everything took a turn for the worse when the other, older lady at the counter took a look at it. (I dont remember her name, unfortunately.) At at first glance she seemed to agree with the amount of money that I requested. Then, she looked further in the specs, and gave some completely ridiculous reasons to offer me less for the computer. She didnt like the fact that the laptop was running a 32-bit version of Windows, even though it makes no difference whatsoever considering the laptop had less than 4 GB of RAM and a 64-bit processor. Then, she saw the network name of the laptop itself, and since it was a combination of random letters rather than my own name, she immediately accused me of stealing the laptop and refused to buy it from me. She was angry and unfriendly the entire time and it really showed. Oh well, Id prefer to keep the laptop than get whatever paltry amount of money they might have offered me for it anyway. Thanks for completely ruining pawn shops for me, Cash America.

This place completely sucks! Not because it is a pawn shop but simply based on the lack of customer service. I enjoy going to pawn shops because its like going to a upgraded garage sale. I expect to never pay the price on the tag and they are always reflected with some sort of negotiation built in....its all part of the experience. Not only does this particular store in Grapevine NOT come off the price, they are completely jack asses about it. There is an old hag of a lady that works there - a dried up old lady that is the rudest and unprofessional person I have met in retail. The old bald guy, Mike, is a complete jerk and rips people off left and right. There is not one good thing I can say about this store. I hope everyone reads this and stays far away from this place!!!!

Just sold bike. They offered 50$, sold on offerup for $200, plus they dont post their gold prices, and will surely always be trying to swindle you. Be sure of that!!! Go to Dallas Gold n Silver Southlake, where they have their current offer posted up on a big screen TV, like an honest company should. The employees looked beat down from years of dishonest living, in my opinion!!! This all being said, I was the only customer there, hmmmm??? Lol, be smarter than them, its not very hard.

Bunch of lying, cheating, thieves. They tell you one thing, then tell you they didnt say that. I specifically asked a question and was told one thing. On return, I was told that was not what was said. Didnt even offer to make it right or give an alternative. They treat their customers like crap. I had a few choice words for these a-holes. And I hope they read this.

I have been dealing with this shop for years. I deal with lots of pawn shops as they are a great place to pick up craftsman and snap on tools. I have never have had a problem with any of the staff. Store is well kept. I Recommend them to people all the time.

Not from the neighborhood went to this pawn shop found most of what i wanted smooth service good merchandise not really much to complain other than the small game selection great customer service tho they gave my sweaty cousin and myself water for the long walk

Great service. The people behind the counter were/are fabulous. Mike helped me out and was fantastic. If you have to pawn/sell - these folks are the way to go. Far faster than craigslist!
