Kraken Demos

This store reeks of gasoline, due to the over-stocking of lawncare products. (If gas is left in them, how good of shape can you expect it to be? What other products are being damaged because of the fumes? Theyre not even washed before being displayed) I walked in and, being a 6ft 3in 200lb white male Im used to being slightly intimidating but, I was completely ignored as the latino staff conversed with the other Latinos who were clearly just window shopping and had no intention of purchasing, while typing this review I saw them leave the store empty-handed! After looking at the guitars, which were all either in poor shape or over-priced, I was interested in handling an acoustic that was out of reach behind the counter. After making eye-contact with the Hispanic women on 3 separate occasions, having their conversation unrelated to business; which it should not take 3 people to complete a sale anyway, I walked up behind the men as if I were in line. A minute later, still not a hello, or can I help you find something, or any acknowledgement from any of the women. By this point I felt that the guitar was not worth the blatant rudeness associated with their staff, and more than likely over-priced such as the rest of the inventory. Im sure some would ask why I didnt interrupt these men, but I personally feel that with decent customer service, I should not have to announce my intentions when entering a store. The employees should be considerate enough to want my business instead of neglecting it. I feel as though I was racially discriminated! I have money, and I guess someone else is getting it. WARNING: Ive been coming to this Pawn shop for awhile and Im sure theyve made plenty of money off of me. The hispanic girls (grown women that act like children) are caddie and extremely unprofessional. They act as if they hate their jobs as well as the human race. Why David chooses to employ them is beyond me (very poor choice). The ONLY reason I continue to go back there is because of Jason (the one with the long hair). If you ever choose to do business here... I highly recommend only working with him, he will give you a great deal, hes knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The other guys who work there are really nice too but avoid the 2 girls that choose to spend their days there only to collect a paycheck at all cost!!!

I go there all the time and have bought many items there. The people there are nice and helpful. It does get busy at times and you need to wait your turn. There are only so many employees to the amount of customers. I feel guilty if I walk into another pawn shop. Love this place.

This is one of the best pawn shops in dfw everyone is entitled to their opinion but some people post theirs out of anger granted they wont just hand yoy 100$ for some bs but they are fair and will help you out 9 out of 10 times
