Do not bother with this place. Their customer service is complete GARBAGE. On different occasions when I have tried to call with questions these people will put you on hold for 15+ minutes. I can hang up and call back ten times trying to get a word in for a quick question and every time they will put you back on hold. I see Im not the only one with this problem! I would have been a valuable customer as I was looking to spend several hundred dollars on items they have; Ill save my money for a place that deserves it.

I have waited on hold for a while a couple of times but that is because they are almost always busy. Probably because they are the best first cash in the area. I normally work with Leo and he is awesome a couple of my friends do business with him as well. But when he is not there everyone else is always good to me too. I will drive the extra 15 minutes every time even though there are stores closer to me. :)

Rude brokers, they didnt even glance at my items and made the decision that there werent interested in my business. I have been a repeat buyer and seller at this location for 10 years! After today I will not come back. All this because I have a sinus infection and the new girls who dont know me thought I wasnt worth the effort or common courtesy due to the fact I look like a chipmunk.

The folks they have working there have gone out of their way to help me while my husband was sick and could no longer work . They help more ways then one. I can go in store after not being seen for a long time and they remember me and they alway ask how Im doing since my husband passed away in May . They will always have my business there .Keep up the great work guys & gals !

Alyssa, the assistant manager, was nice, helpful, and very patient. She took her time with showing us all of the Xbox ss and all the controllers, plus all of the computers that was in my price range. We finally made a decision to buy a TV and an Xbox, plus a warranty on all the items. We were very pleased with the overall experience. Thank you First Cash Pawn!!

I try to sell my Limited Gold Edition Playstation 4. They told me was only worth 130, because you can get it painted on gold. I never heard of getting a console painted! You can skin made but not painted on. Anyhow I glad I didnt sale to place. End up sailing it online for $500. I guess they do not understand what very rare limited edition is.

I had a very bad experience with First Cash Pawn on hwy 10... but visited the store in Bedford spoke with Alyssa she was so awesome ..was very helpful we check the equipment and went over the warranty. The owner is really nice. He always gives my husband advice and great deals when he comes in for power tools. I recently sold a Wii and Xbox 360 to them and they really checked them throughly to make sure everything worked and was intact. I got a great price for them.
