This is by far the worst pawn shop Ive been too!!!! I walk in and was not greeted. 1 person was being helped while the other 4 were just talking. I asked for help several times and nome of them moved off their asses to help. I walked out. I wont ever be back again. They are rude on the phone as well. Not sure what crawled up the girls ass and died but she was anything but pleasant!!!!! Worst customer service!!!! There are so many better pawn shops to do bussiness with than these assholes. If I could get negative stars I would!!!! Bc they dont even deserve the 1!

Worst pawn shop ever first off I went to go pawn my keyword MY PLAYSTATION 4 There and they couldnt find it under my name so I had them look it up under my brother because he was with me and what do you know its under his name and not mine even though he wasnt the one who gave them his licenses I gave them mine now they wont give me back my PlayStation even though they talked to my brother about it and they still refuse to give me my PlayStation back

Doofus that worked there swore my Xbox 360 was only a 4 GB system even though I bought a 150 GB hard drive for it. He opened it and said I was lying, when I asked if he could just turn the system on so I could actually show him through the settings, he refused and called me a liar. Great way to start off a new store. Never ever EVER going back to this pit of snakes again!

The worst place the employees dont help at all..i need internet to log off a ipad and the managers jeffrey castillo said that he dont know no password for internet and the girl she was so rude and she dont even help just keep saying that we already close but no move a finger .i hope they do somenthing with them they dont even deserve one star

Service here is horrible! The entire crew of employees (3) focus more on hooking up a tv for display then helping their customers. Asked the young lady a question and she seemed annoyed, cant even do something as simple as greeting you when you come in. Id recommend you pass on this and save yourself a horrible experience

Service was lousy took 15 min to wait in line and 20 min for them to examine 5 stuff and they didnt take anything.Just said i`m going to pass on that.
